Not much hiring going on right now for GS jobs due to the sequestration. Maybe once the new fiscal year in Oct, they may start hiring again. When I quit my job due to moving back to GA they wouldn't even hire a replacement for me, which meant guess what, just extra work for my co-workers...But then again we didn't have much work going on, I mainly did travel and that was stopped for the most part.

Join the military and get the Post 9-11 GI bill. If you have a degree you can go in as an officer and make a very good living. Many of them get their Master's paid for while on active duty.

I had my cable hooked up last week. I only asked for two boxes....Wires were already in the kids bedrooms. They don't work. I called Comcast and was told that I have to buy or rent for 1.99 each for a converter box? It is GA law now that it's the only way you can get cable. I just moved from MD and we didn't need a box to get cable. Is this true and when did it start? I left in 09 and I didn't need a box for our bedroom tvs. Thanks

I don't own any guns but I don't care if anyone else does if they have a permit and get them legally.
