  1. 6th grade really? My daughter is getting ready to start 7th grade and last year she was bigger than me and she has been going to the bus stop by herself for at least 2 years now. I found out yesterday that she doesn't even have to go to a bus stop here in GA, the bus stops at our house. I guess with all of the lots being 1 acre + it is just to far for the little ones to walk LOL On the serious side...You go GIRL, Mama knows best and Papa needs to listen.
  2. Happy Birthday PCOM and Thank you Pubby for starting this board. This site was and is the place to go to get the news for Paulding.
  3. Crazy thing with me. My first was a C-section....I wasn't diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes, but he weighed 9lbs 5oz. 2nd and 3rd babies I was diagnosed and had VBAC's. Don't you just love DR's? I was told with my 2nd that since he looked to be under 8lbs...that I had to try for a VBAC...I wasn't given a choice. He ended up weighing 8lbs15oz. Daughter was almost 10lbs....The DR was shocked, she knew she would be under 8 since I was measuring a few weeks smaller than my due date....I was induced with all 3. With my 3rd I was given a choice and I chose VBAC...If I had know she was going
  4. Crazy how is that possible? How did it come out without getting stuck? I bet they had to break the poor baby's collar bone YEP I bet she went past her due date too. They normally deliver a week early or at the very least they don't let you go past your due date.
  5. What is a mirrored appliance? EHHHHH I'll post a PIC after it is gutted...I have maple cabinets and I want WHITE!!!!!! Like I said before it will not happen for a few years. I gotta get the basement finished and new carpet first....Not to mention cutting down trees...SWEET GUMS are the DEVIL.............................Did I mention I hate yard work....................
  6. I had it in the first rental in MD...I buy lots of freezer stuff and cant stand bending over...Not to mention you cant organize anything. I would end up sitting on the floor trying to find something in my freezer. I will have two fridges and it's no problem having an overload of pizza etc, lots of left overs, it can go in my soda fridge.
  7. Congrats!!!!! I bought my dress years ago at JC Penneys and it was tea length. Maybe look on Ebay and Craigs list???? http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.Xwedding+dress+size+6+tea+length&_nkw=wedding+dress+size+6+tea+length&_sacat=0&_from=R40
  8. Love the sink and plate rack! As for the fridge, I gotta have the side by side...Cant do the freezer on the bottom.
  9. That sounds so interesting. Is there anyway you could tape it and post it on PCOM? I live to far away to make it. Pubby is this possible?
  10. LOL your no help I can clean it, I have 3 kids and it doesn't stay clean for long, so I give up. I had stainless in MD for the past 4 years and the fridge always looked bad. My stove is black and stainless, microwave is stainless only. I actually like bisque. It just won't match my other appliances. I want to gut the kitchen in a few years and I will just move the current cabinets to the basement. I want to gut it now, but DH is always at work and the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ you know the deal. That's what I'm talking about. I am getting Whirlpool Gold, I

  16. My oldest is going enlisted in the Airfoce. That was my youngest son. Due to some health issues that have came up, he wouldn't pass the physical to get in the military Tips it really helps to know people. I know about 12 current military officers that attended the academy, that helps. He needs to make sure he gets good grades. Very important that he does volunteer work, and participates in a lot of sports and leadership roles, such as Student council. If he is a boy scout and earn Eagle Scout, they love that. Also have apply to attend the seminar at Annapolis it would be great if h
  17. I was lucky when I first got it I didn't work and the last 4 years I only had to drive 14 miles round trip to work....And many times I car pooled with DH and didn't even drive it. WOW that must have been scary when it cracked. When I went outside and saw it I was going to blame my son.....But he denied it and we did tell him we were sorry. DH has a friend in MD that was going to fix it for him...His boss at the dealership said no, they were scared they would case further damage trying to fix it so they wouldn't do it. Thanks for the tip. I've been living with it for a year or so, so
  18. I have an 03 Explorer too. Still drive it no issues, I have 85K miles on it. My only complaint is that I went out one morning to go to work last year and had a crack on the hutch. Now that I ck out other Explorers I notice many of them have the same crack...The only ones that don't seem to have it are the white ones. Crazy......................I believe the newer version are all in one piece to correct the flaw. I don't care about having a new vehicle you lose so much value in it. I would rather spend it in my house or buy some nice clothes. I know one lady who only had one kid who
  19. I keep reading this as something else Time to rest my eyes
  20. Thanks for the tips. The boxes arrived last week and the kids still cant get the cable to work. They are coming out here Thursday for no extra charge to hook them up. The kids have old tvs no flat screens so I guess we have to have the box like they said. GA Law...I thought they were full of it....... I am in Dexter, True Blood and now Ray Donovan heaven so I will put up with it
