CAN YOU SEE THE EGGS? AND WHATCHA GOT BLOOMING?
CreativeOne replied to lowrider's topic in RECENT TOPICS
pretty pics lowrider!! we have blooming ..... azaleas (encore and natural (?)), red tips, camilas (still), jonquils, flowering almond, tomatoes, and many others which I can't remember their names right now. It seems here, the bigger question is what isn't blooming -
^ yep and you can set up the crock portion the night before, load it into the "baking" section in the morning (most have a removable inside), set the start cooking time/warming and go. If DH is working from home he could just put in the crock portion and hit low at lunch time and you'd be good to go for most recipes at 6-8 pm for dinner. or .... learn to cook large portions on the weekend and reheat/thaw during the week. or .... most grocery stores have freezer sections where you can get family size lasagna or tetrazzini or fried chicken or salsberry (sp?) steaks which can be started an hou

Tried & true pulled pork BBQ recipes, Got a good one?
CreativeOne replied to jennilyn77's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Boston Butt or Pork Shoulder (can be same thing or slightly different cuts) on the smoker all day .... going to do this again next weekend! But one day, i'm going to do this recipe during the week: A tenderloin and soda (like coke/pepsi or dr pepper or root beer) cooked into the slow cooker for 6 hours, drain & shred. Heat up with bbq sauce of choice. Heard that the "cola" portion of the soda really helps to add flavor and soften the meat. -
not really ... if you hear a certain sheriff in arizona, the room should be pink (it is the calmest color) .... but seriously ... i thought you were looking for other angles for colors and discussions. I hope dis jr feels better quickly. good.luck.

you need to work on with on how colors feel ... that would help in your talks. blue - icy, chilly, cold .... red - hot, warmth, spicy yellow - glowing, warm, eye opening green - calm, serene, windy .......... also you can add seasons as part of the creative color discussions ... such as red in summer is hot, but in fall it becomes crisp on leaves ... fyi ... I think colors can help a lot with control of emotions if you understand some emotions seem tied to certain colors and the ability to focus. If I'm "red" (angry) and want to be calm ("blue), then I need to visualize

You do know that the "yellow crap" is not in the pollen count, right? I won't open the windows with the yellow crap so I don't have to clean it up inside, but I've toyed with turning on the AC just to clear the inside air a bit of the pollen --- just haven't yet. Hoping for some rain to help both the pollen and the pine spores to get out of the air! (maybe Friday/Saturday).
