  1. ^ especially if you use plain newspaper covering the ground and under the mulch, soaking the ground before putting down.
  2. another good reason not to go to wal-mart, some of them might be neked (and not in a good way)
  3. I hope you had a typo ... the Mexican Peso is without the 000 since about 1995 or before. Current exchange rate is .8 dollar to 13 peso http://www.x-rates.com/d/MXN/table.html
  4. I've seen what you have seen ....... :puke: and then some -- don't forget to mention those that leave and take all of the pipes with them, the shower heads, the disposal (if it had one), the air conditioner, the hot water heater, etc ......
  5. nope .... and you have to pass a background check ($15), be over 18 (unsupervised by guardian), and approved by management. Not a "soft" volunteering/community service activity.
  6. sounds good .... might do that with some "breakfest-for-dinner" leftovers I have for later this week. but tonight I'm looking forward to the pork tenderloin in gravy which has been cooking in the crockpot all day
  7. Agree with JJ ===> call Skyline. They will only tell you want you need and not try to upsell you or do more than you need. Good luck!

  9. As well as the other great advice given ..... you can take a sample to the County Extension for soil testing. They will tell you what you need to balance your soil (or change it to the preferences of the plants you want to have). http://www.paulding.gov/index.aspx?nid=247
  10. WOW ... for whatever the reason, your results are great!
  11. We've been making some (great and not so) meals this week, and did a leftover night as well. Need something to kick-it-up ..... Tonight is something we've not had in a while, so looking forward to a slight change up. But are looking for ideas ... SO POST YOURS! We are going to have: Flat Iron Steaks marinated in a steaksauce/chop (Lawry's) sauce Twice Baked Potatoes with sour cream/blue cheese Fresh Greens from the garden, mushrooms & red onions with a basic vinagrette. Merlot & Lager for sipping What about you and your family?
  12. I'm not far from you (almost dead center Paulding). We have a tablet which is capable of 4G, but we've only gotten 4G a few times the past week or so & it is very sporadic and non-reliant. We've also been getting 1X instead a bit of the time lately, instead of the 3G or 4GLTE we had been getting. No consistency on the connection the last couple of weeks.
  13. RIP Dick. Thanks for the wonderful memories ....
  14. Sprinkles off-and-on since leaving downtown ATL about 3ish all the way out here until got about 92/Nebo then nothing since I've been home WSBTV said that the dang (my word) GA border was just making the rain fade as it moved into our area .... but the recent radar is showing it moving into Carrol/Polk/Harrelson counties. It looks to be coming this way :::slightly :::: http://www.wsbtv.com/s/weather/
  15. Hope you had a great day! Happy Birthday!
