we roast "new" potatoes with some garlic, pepper & crushed rosemary - yummy! broccoli, asparagus, eggplant, carrots, onions & green peppers roasted are good too. I'm hungry now .... -
Off of Pine Shadow, next to the white house (you can't miss it). There are 2 lakes "on" pine shadow but one you enter off of Pine Shadow & the other off of Lindsey Lake. Don't turn on Lindsey Lake Rd -- that is Lake Jane and it is closed. I think it will cost you $1 to fish. Have fun!

Not a creek, but Lindsey Lake is usually very quiet and no swimming allowed (or boats).

WOW ... creative dinners tonight I see!! We are going to have: Pork Steaks with BBQ Sauce Homemade Italian Cole Slaw Corn on the Cob Fresh Strawberries (with a few home grown blueberries) Shortcakes Recipe please (if it turns out ). and to Jenilyn ... loved your first response to DH!
