FYI ... He took the pay cut to help keep a lot of his staff's jobs, reported a few weeks ago. Was able to save about 20 jobs (I think that was the number).

DAMN --- That takes a load of guts, shouldn't be able to sneak something like that away. Hope you catch the thieves and get your items back.

Today and Tomorrow

We specifically bought a house to be a rental. Paid just a little less than asked (last year), but we planned to upgrade certain items like windows. Market is great if you look around and take your time. In fact, we are looking for another or two. The only problem we had with bidding was with HUD homes, and I'm glad to have lost a couple of those as to the HUD requirement made sure those houses are brought up to something decent & being owner occupied. And FYI ... our renter's are great! They fell on a bit of hard time and are pulling themselves up. They take great care of

If nothing else, you have built in dinner theatre Here we are not going to have anything great --- I'm still on conference calls and it isn't going well. Leftovers / quick heat-up dinner (((was great the first time, just not the best))) Did a better dinner last night because we used the crockpot so dinner was good and quick .....

My grandfather & one of his brothers devised a system that detected a wrong way driver at the top of the ramp and flipped down a "stop barrier" at the end of the ramp, effectively stopping the action & it did notify the law -- done more than 30+ years ago - and was told it "wasn't worth it" for the number of wrong ways vs the cost of the potential to stop them (risk sueing $$). .... Risk management costs interfere with a solution to stop any of this .....

The Optical store inside of Target will take them as well.

Today is stuffed green peppers, garlic knots, fresh sliced peaches. Tomorrow is BBQ Chicken, italian coleslaw, corn on the cob, apple pie. YUMMY!
