  1. depends on how you define "white bread" .... French, Chibata, other types of "white" bread can be used and similar to corn bread for a substitution with the adding of onions/celery/broth/+++ but each bread brings a different flavor to the dressing.
  2. Interesting Surepip! We were thinking about chinese, but more of a simple orange chicken & rice. Depending on the email I'm waiting on - it might be a "catch & eat" night ....
  3. I think it would work, just need to adjust the cooking times as chicken cooks a bit faster.
  4. DANG --- the menu lists keep growing and growing and growing! Lots of wonderful meals are being made I would come and not complain, I promise! That is too bad that they don't appreciate it ... maybe this year will be different ? Then don't change it! We are going to have a very non-traditional meal. Neither of us are fans of turkey and we've had ham recently, so we thought about what might fit-the-occasion as well as what we might really want. Since it just the 2 of us, I'm ok with it and so is DH . We came up with a some what of a "play" on the 1st thanksgiving as we ar

  13. Yet another reason I'm not on FB. I know a company (or two) which not only uses FB to watch employees but also a lot of the "career" sites to see who is looking for a new job. Not unheard of to get called into HR to "chat".

  20. I had to switch mine a couple of years ago when I lost a lot of weigh. My rings are now engagement then wedding, only because the wedding is slightly smaller and it holds my engagement ring on. They are not a "set". Engagement was purchased new and my wedding band is my DH's Great Grandmothers which was slightly sized at marriage. Works for me
