You can call &/or go to the shelter and they will tell you about the "noise ordinance" and what you need to do to file a complaint & get the information about filing. It is mostly recording at least 15 minutes of uninterupted barking but you must be able to tell where it is coming from. Shelter number is 770-445-1511 & leave a message if not answered, they will call back as soon as possible. Note: This applies to the county and not within the city of Dallas who has different rules.

My membership expires today. PCOM has told me this for days (on the front page when logging in). Today when I logged in PCOM tells the my membership expires today and at 4:45 pm. I have had my CC already to use when I logged in today to renew, but PCOM won't let me. I have to fully expire my membership then renew & then hope I don't loose anything ...... AAAAHHHHH! edited to add: is it worth it?

Yep -- already done and sent. I always use the cards we got last year to do this year's list, never putting in the dissertation on the "year's events" as other people tend to do -- but do write a brief note in each usually about well wishes or such.

At least you realized quickly that you were "in trouble" and got information to correct/prevent further problems. PLUS -- you told others around here that they too might be in trouble if they tried this. You may have saved someone a whole lot of problems!
