After reading everything here, I hope this is your first step to be an INDEPENDENT YOU! Step up and out and be who you are, not based on others. If they (family / what you thought were friends) push you off, write them off - You don't need them to make you you, but you would LIKE them to be around but can survive if they don't see the same. Find something that make you happy / fulfilled - as others have said, crafts / donations, volunteering, talking / providing an ear, reading to others, etc .... anything to provide a positive focus, you can do it. Actually, the different judges you refer to are appelate judges and all they review are what has been presented to them for potential reversals -- trial errors, jury problems, judge issues, evidence presented, etc.... They don't weigh guilt or non-guilt, they are there to make sure the trial adhered to law and conduct. The Governor can still weigh in.

Will keep them in my thoughts & look around for what may be able to be given to them. Is the 2 yo potty trained? If not you might want to put diapers on your list.
