There aren't any nuts in the traditional kind but I swear I saw something about almonds on the back.

That's what I was thinking. I'm not exactly sure what they make the seasoning with but, I guess I can't enjoy my most favorite treat now

I was just wondering if anyone has ever had an allergic reaction to something in Chex Mix?? I was sitting here the other night and eating some traditional Chex Mix. I only eat the Chex in it and I know that I am not allergic to wheat rice or corn but, suddenly my tongue was numb and my mouth was on fire. I started to get really hot and my throat started to close up and I started coughing really bad. I have NEVER had a food allergy. I had my hubby run and get me some benedrly which helped. But, I am completely dumbfounded as to what made me react that way. Any thoughts??

I have been buying for a few months. I have a few things for my son which is who I am going to spend the most on b/c my daughter is only 1 and she doesn't know the difference. I have gotten a few things completely free from here and freecycle. I have also been going to thrift stores and catching things on clearance. I love a good bargain. Today I went to a blockbuster that is closing and got several movies (we don't have cable so we watch a lot of movies) for $5 and $10. I have quite a few recipes. Vegetable soup: Brown 1 pound of ground beef. Drain. put into large pot. I have already bought our tickets along with a fellow p.commer, my mother in law, and sister in law. WE are all going to go up to the Cartersville Theater. That is where we went for Harry Potter 6 and Transformer's 2. I am soo excited.

we went to a friends house nearby in Polk county in "the village" It was great there were tons of kids. We had soo much fun!! It was really reassuring that they had officers and firefighters out and riding the streets in cars and 4 wheelers.

I had to share this one too because he thought it was the coolest thing to hang out and get a picture with "real" Firemen!!

I don't have a debit or credit card so I always have to pay with cash. i go to the same store almost every time. I park leave the kids in the car. take the keys lock the doors go it pay for my gas and leave they are NEVER out of my sight. I would think that it would take longer for an SOB to break into my car and steal it than it would for me to come back out and take care of business. I live in a smaller town I feel ok to walk 10 ft away from my car. JMHO

this is ridiculous! I can't believe code enforcement would do this. I mean I don't exactly know what the law is on tents in your yard but, they are trying to help people who have been displaced and have lost everything. It takes a lot longer than a month to get everything rebuild and replaced!

I had a problem with a tire company. They cut the beading(?) on my tires which caused them to blow while I was on the interstate. It was a nightmare. We had to go up the chain of command to the president of this particular company. It's a BIG company. It took two years and a lot of BS but, they finally sent me a check for a little of the damages. I will never deal with them again and the next time I need tires I will be going to Quality Service Tire!!

I go see Corey anytime he's in town and I can get there. He is always really good. I also saw him in Rome where he played there. I had been to the tabernacle before I saw him. I saw Fergie there and I hated it. I was very disappointed with the whole show. I have also been to Phillip's arena for a concert and Hi Fi buys Amphitheater. They were both good shows.

I haven't been to many concerts, some of them I am sure most people would laugh at. But, my all time fav would have to be Corey Smith at the Tabernacle. He has to be one of the most down to earth artists I have ever met and he's super sweet!

My husband and I have been working on getting debt free. We paid off our van and 50% of our debt last year. In March we will be debt free and have the cash to buy him a new car. We don't have any in savings yet. But, we're working on it. We aren't doing this by the dave ramsey standard. I haven't read any of his books. I am just doing what I can to ensure that we can buy and be able to afford to get a house in the next 2 years.

My kids have been sick for weeks. I took them to the Dr last week thinking it was allergies. They gave me a medicine for congestion. Well it's not helping they both have runny noses and coughs. My little one just turned 1 and she seems to be getting worse. I just took her temp and it was 101.0. Now my question is if you take the temp rectally do you add a degree? I can't seem to remember. I am worried.
