I met my hubby on my 16th birthday he was 20. we moved in together 2 weeks later. My family was completely against it but, my mom knew what she was doing. We have been inseparable ever since. We got married the day after my 18th birthday. March 13th will be 6 years. We have 2 kids and are still very much in love. I don't doubt young love because it can work. But it also depends on the people! If your sister didn't want your opinion she should have never asked for it. I wouldn't apologize for telling someone something they asked for.

staying in tonight Hubby has to work so I couldn't go anywhere. I will be sitting here by myself and hoping that all of our emergency personel make it home to their families tonight. 2 years ago my grandmother put a Christmas tree on my dad's grave and we decorated it. It was a tiny thing but, Christmas was his favorite holiday. It was stolen along with the ornaments. I am sorry but to steal from a grave is extra wrong!!! I am so sorry that this happened to you and your family.

I swear I saw someone on here that bought their tree for under $30 I was wondering where they are. LOL I know I can go just about anywhere and get a tree I am just looking at the price aspect of getting one.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a real Christmas tree for my mom cheap!! We don't have much money but, I at least want to get her a tree.

On Christmas eve we go to my grandmother's house and celebrate with them. We open gifts, spend time with our family and watch the Santa tracker. When we get home we each open 1 gift(usually pajamas). We get up the next morning and my mom and brothers are here and we all open gifts here. Then we eat breakfast together. Nothing makes me smile more than to be around my family for the holidays.

My son is 4 all that he asks for is Geo Trax. he loves the darn things. He got them for Christmas 2 years ago and last year and both birthdays. Of course he gets other things but, that is what he jumps up and down for. I can't complain much he gets my money back out of them. He sits and plays with them for hours. It helps with his creativity. My daughter is easy because she is soo young. I could get her anything with buttons and she would be fun. My DH on the other hand is hard. He has an X-box and I totally agree with you at $65 for most stuff for the X-box it's hard.

The young man is fine. Scared out of his mind maybe but, otherwise fine. I am very disappointed in the way that people are saying our JROTC Raiders were acting. Maybe it should be passed on to the Major. My brother is in JROTC at paulding county. I know for a fact that they are taught better than to run out in front of cars. Hopefully the problems can be addressed that way they aren't problems in the future.

I bought my hubby Rock band LOL!!!! The box is HUGE!!! So I really don't have a choice but to hide the darn thing. I also got him other things but, that's the big one!

I would hide all of them here, but we live in a smaller house and it wouldn't take long to find the gifts if we tried.

I just think it makes it more fun when all of the presents are wrapped. It makes each thing a surprise!

I am just wondering do you keep what you are getting your spouse a secret? And if you do, Do you stash them at your house or do you have to hide them elsewhere? We are able to exchange spouse gifts this year. I am keeping my gifts to DH a secret. He is very sneaky lol so I have to hide them somewhere else. At this moment they are at my mom's house. a few are hidden with the kids gifts here. But, I am having to make a plan to wrap them before I even bring them home because he will peek. LOL!!! Just wondering if anyone else has to hide their gifts to their spouse.

We always wrap all of the gifts. It makes it more fun for our little guy when he comes out and sees all of the presents that "Santa" has left for him. One of my friends already has presents under her tree. Every time I go over there. I love how it looks and it is strange to come home and see our bare tree with no presents. But, I know that if I put presents under our tree now there would be snoopers. DS and Hubby would probably peek and blame it on the poor baby. LOL!!! So I am going to wrap all of the presents with a friend before I bring them home for Christmas Eve.

This year is the first year I have actually budgeted and been able to spend a fair amount of money on our kids. My DS is 4 I have spent about $300 on him. Mostly movies and games. But we got him a new power wheels and a swing set also. My DD is 1 and I have spent about $150-$200 on her. She is getting clothes and toys. I got her, her first barbie and cabbage patch doll this year. I have spent about $100 on DH but, I still have about $100-$150 to go. He will spend $200 on me. I got a lot of my shopping done on Black Friday. I also started buying things back in October. Everyone on my list is done except my youngest brother and my hubby. Of course He hasn't done any shopping for me yet. He's a late starter but, I want things that are common and easy to find.

My hubby and I have NEVER had secrets. I have the password to his e-mail, voice mail, and any social networking site. He has my passwords. In fact all he has to do is double click most of our frequent sites and my logins pop up for you. I have nothing to hide from him. I leave my purse the same place every night. So if he needs anything he can get it. That is just how it is for us and it works. It doesn't work for everyone but, it does us.
