Any by the way, it actually is transported out of the US by the military, so technically they (USPS) are still only shipping it stateside. A large flat rate regular box is about 13.95. An APO is still 10.95. Less, yes, but not by much. And that is if it fits into a flat rate box. We just sent 20 First Response packs to wounded troops in Afganistan. I think the admins should just go all they way and require each person to be personally interviewed by the Power to determine if they are fit to post here before they are ever granted the extreme privilage of doing so. I have a mower engine I've meaning to give you. It's a push mower engine, 3.5 I think. It ran good but the mower body fell apart. I was going to do something with it, but I likely never will. It will just sit in the shop.
