It was a funny moment caught on tape of an extremely exaggerated over reach for a bottle of water. SNL will of course make fun of it because that's what the do, just like take offs on Bill, Hillary, anybody in political office. Don't you remember Chevy Chase (if you're young enough) doing all the falls aka Gerald Ford? They didn't speak to the political policies, they were making light of the funny side of things. Born in Bar Harbor, ME (moved when I was 1), spent high school years in MA - Gloucester, Ipswich and Rowley bfore moving to GA.
