Today was garbage pick up day. Garbage company comes, empties it and leaves. I pull the can back to the side of the house. After awhile, I left to run an errand. Get home and realize the garbage can is gone! We're paid up on the service and I verified with the company it wasn't them. Strange!

What are your favorite websites when you need a minute to lighten up or laugh? I like the bloggess.com and petshaming.com. Dear photograph.com is good too, but it's not a picker upper....more sweet and sad.

I recommend Michael's in Hiram. Monique is wonderful! They have the Wilton classes. I really enjoyed them and learned a lot. It was a lot of fun! . I did not take the fondant class though; something about fondant reminds me of playing with Play Dough.

We tried it. Four orders-two were salads. It took almost 45 minutes and other groups who came in after us were served before us. The waitress didn't have an answer at all about the wait (she literally said sorry and walked away). The chicken was just okay. We won't be going back.

Go to Home Depot. They sell plastic owls for about $10. The owl will deter the woodpecker from stopping at your house.

Different people learn different ways. My son did it on his own via the computer. There is free practice on the SAT registration site. He also got a book at Barnes and Noble which had a CD. He did fine working that way. I'm sorry I can't recommend in-person teaching approaches. Good luck!

It's actually part of the exhibit at her childhood home, Althrop, which is open to the public July 1(her birthday) to August 31 (date of death) each year in England. I saw it years ago when it was in St. Petersburg, FL. It is absolutely incredible. Lots of things are her family's...toys she had as a child, albums of pictures her father took of her, etc. Very cool to look at.
