  1. FU, bigsky. Talking about my POS sister.
  2. People who only care about themselves. (Call me the day AFTER my birthday to ask for money... )
  3. Ugh. Yes, but I hate it for a different reason. Hubby and tummy sound like words a child would say.
  4. People who only answer one question out of 3 in an email or message when they reply.
  5. I wonder if his wife's pet peeve is smegma.
  6. <3 Zero Bars. I don't always see them, because it's best for my sanity to stay out of Walmart. Also, Necco Wafers. My Dad and I used to get these and share them. I used to love Pinwheels, too. They still have them, but they aren't worth the calories, IMO. I'd rather save my chocolate budget for Dove dark chocolates nowadays.
  7. +1 Affection was not a common thing in my house growing up. I'm still that way, though I try not to be for my husband's sake. (The cats don't count. )
  8. What is being built in front of the strip at Cleburne and 278? I couldn't see the signs well enough to read them.
  9. Not the best at hide and seek.
  10. I feel that way when I have to go to the basement where the servers and high volume printers are. They keep it COLD. But I don't mind. Being cold burns more calories.
  11. I really want an Old Navy, since they closed the Austell store.
  12. Catching Fire - Suzanne Collins
  13. I don't like any Walmart out of principle, but the Hiram store is the worst. I've posted this here before, but I had my first ever anxiety attack there. It was scary. Yes, the PS store is better, but it still pisses me off. We usually go in the garden center, because we usually shop on that side of the store (pet supplies, skin/hair care, hardware, sporting goods). I REALLY hate the grocery side.
  14. It's $7 per box, and it has been the same since I signed up. The rate has increased a few times, but certainly not every month.
  15. I love it. Had it since December 2008. I had Comcast before, and they suck balls. I have returned a box through UPS Store, but only because we thought it was malfunctioning. They sent me a new one.
  16. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9eQ8_T1ytU
  17. I was talking to a coworker about my FIL, who was in the hospital. I told him I didn't have a good feeling about it. Come to find out, MIL had called the night before after I'd gone to bed to tell my husband that FIL had died. (I'm at work before my husband's alarm even goes off.) Coincidence, I guess.
  18. Must be the Season of the WiiiiiiiiiiTCH.
  19. Can they cover it with a sarcophagus like Chernobyl?
  20. Gotta wait for my friend to pop out a baby, and then we're going. No one else wants to go.
  21. I also set up payment plans (through the hospital (WellStar), and the imaging company) when I had surgery 2 years ago. Granted, I have insurance, but it was still more than I could pay at once, unless I used my credit card. Why do that and accrue interest when I can pay installments interest-free?
  22. My brother has no insurance, and had to have back surgery to repair damage from an auto accident. (Bulging disks? Something like that. It affected his ability to walk.) He ended up getting some sort of charity thing through Emory, too, but had to apply for (and be denied) Medicaid as well. It was very stressful for him and his mother to deal with all the red tape, but they got it done. Now if he would just follow the aftercare instructions...
