The folks that work at the Sprint store (next to Moe's) in Hiram are great. I rarely call the 800 numbers. I've never been advised to get a booster antenna and rarely have service issues.

I have Sprint and have very few coverage issues. I have the EVO and it's gets 4G coverage in Cobb County. I don't think 4G has made it to Paulding yet. The areas I lose coverage are generally very low lying areas (there's one small dip in my neighborhood). I think the phone has some to do with coverage. I've just never had the issues others have with Sprint. At my parent's house I usually only have 1 or 2 bars but can still talk on the phone and use the internet.
