    We've owned ours in Gatlinburg since 1994. We've always enjoyed ours. We've missed going quite a few years (we own a fixed week that I forget to trade). But over the years it has more than paid for itself. I'm glad I did it way back then, but not sure I'd do it again. And forget selling it, they have zero resale value.
