My mom had it done, Gastric bypass. Had so many problems she had to have it reversed. She almost died. I personally will never do it. I would rather eat the 1/4 of cup of food every 4 hours and only water.. That is basically what my mom ate when she had her surgery. If you eat like that, you will of loose weight. I have just cut out all fried foods, white sugars and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegi's and lean meats and have already lost 40 pounds. It is not hard once you get used to not eating out.
