    HAHA! There is MUCH more difference than that. How about 3 years of law school after 4 years of college for a start. There is NO WAY a paralegal can know ANY more than an attorney. Much less a lot more.

    DEFINITELY hire an attorney. And do not get involved in a paralegal guiding you. That is the unauthorized practice of law for sure. As much as some paralegals like to think they know as much as attorneys, they most certainly DO NOT.
