    i have coyotes all around my house. they dont bark for hours and hours. they move around a lot. a lot of times they make a "screaming" sound as opposed to a barking sound.

    A buyer who needs owner financing is not going to have that much to put down. Even people who qualify for bank financing dont have that much to put down.

    PM sent. The bankruptcy attorney's in the office on Atlanta Hwy mentioned above are who I used and they are excellent. I highly recommend them.
