OK, I take it all back. Legal zoom is great. There you can get a power of attorney for $35 and help from a virtual "attorney" in who knows what state. I am sure it is just as good. And anyone who thinks a power of attorney is a "simple document" is sorely mistaken. It is one of the most powerful and dangerous legal documents out there.

Thank you, I did spell it correctly. What attorneys quoted you $500.00 for a power of attorney? Maybe for a will and a power of attorney.

No he is not. Magistrate is the only judge in Paulding that is not required to be an attorney.
