Call to Dallas City Hall. Ring - ring. "City Hall can you hold please-click" Almost 3 minutes later they came back. I have spoken to the city manager about this and I am sure he has addressed the issue but it need not be an issue for anyone calling in.

The Dallas City Cemetery commission or review board, what ever it is called said NO to a program like this several years ago. I am a member of Cobb Landmarks and the Paulding County Historical Society. My wife and I have been involved in years past in this and it is a great history lesson to both young and old. Dallas city fathers have their heads in the sand on this and can't or won't see what a program like this would do. For over 30 years I have been restoring old photographs from all kinds of damage. Water and flood, fires .bug and rodent damage, and just plane old and faded, I have seen and worked with it all. I was going through some just found portraits of my family tonight. They were in very good condition and were from the 1890's to 1910 of my dad, the baby of the family, and his older siblings. For now, here is the restoration you mentioned.
