Portrait of the Day.

One of mom's favorites is a bit different. I'll post that for Friday's Portrait of the Day. -
Site from where this daily devotional prayer comes. A prayer for Thanksgiving Day from Lutheran Hour Ministries daily devotions. https://www.lcms.org/ Dear Lord, many of us have had some difficult times, but they weren't impossible times. We have been through lonely moments, but those moments were countered by the presence of our ever-living Savior. We have carried crosses, but with Jesus by our side, those crosses did not break us. Lord, we give thanks for the pains we never felt, the hurts that never came, the losses that never happened. And we give thanks for Your gracious bounty

Ryan, So sorry to hear of your father. It seems so many are called home by our Lord at this time of year. May much of the thankfulness we express this week include the time we have had with our parents. Many prayers for you and your family this week. Nicholas -
A smile to last all day!

Bumping to brighten your afternoon. I have more "artsy" images to show later this week. -
This is for those of us who wear many hats. I hope this keeps us smiling all day long. You will notice a shift in my photographs to more special needs children. They are so rewarding to work with and most people are not trained to take the time with them that is needed to capture the love and looks they share with us and their loved ones. I have several images from the portrait session with this young man which I can't wait to post this week. Each one is special so I will show them one at a time. Have a great Thanksgiving Week. Nicholas

Another tummy shot.
nicholascolephotographer replied to nicholascolephotographer's topic in Business NEWS
I don't like to use the violent word "SHOT" when describing what I do. I capture people's best image. I have been refining my craft for over 40 years and I don't want to start "SHOOTING PEOPLE" now. More about this in another post. I had so much fun photographing a special needs young man yesterday. I can't wait to share those results with you with mom's permission after she sees them first. Keep your eyes open for that the middle of next week. -
I'm confused as to how this happened. More to come later. Old photos restored here.

Some would say. "I shot a tummy today."
nicholascolephotographer replied to nicholascolephotographer's topic in Business NEWS
I hope this afternoon when mom sees the results of the her portrait session from earlier this week she will let me post other images. Some of them are great if I do say so myself. Have a GREAT DAY, Nicholas Old photos restored here. -

The family portraits all in white look GREAT also. I would love to share a few of them with you but I can't until mom and dad see the portrait previews and give me permission to publish them. Mom and dad looking down at the "big sister" listening to mommy's tummy is so sweet---I hope mom and dad let me post a few of the others soon. -

Your girls were so cute this afternoon and the little boy was nice to go to sleep both times we were in the camera room.---- Both times you ask? I was not excited with the results and went back to take a few more--this was the last image and I knew I had the image we were looking for. Enjoy I will be taking Halloween photos in my Marietta studio mid day on Saturday. Call for directions. 770-443-7355. I am 1 light away from the Cobb County Police Station on the North Loop--easy to find. I have another set up here so the background will be changed. We would love
