They are never prepared even though the subject was talked about when the appointment was made. I DON'T CARE IF ANYONE ELSE EVER FINDS OUT WHO THE MOTHER IS.------ ------SHE KNOWS. 4. I am so sorry to hear of your grandmother's death. All the magic in the world can't bring her back but you and I know that we all are under the care of God. His Son Jesus promised us that we shall know each other again in heaven. We don't need magic for that. Just rejoicing that she is in His presence now and forever. God bless you and have a safe trip.
  5. I will post photos of us when I can find good ones. For now here are a couple of cute ones. First is the Condiment family, then the Mr. Lost, a wake up call for someone and the Hulk. Have a great and safe weekend. Go to DragonCon.org

  7. I am not unloading on the person who made this comment to me about several of my recent posts but I would like to respond directly. First of all I am trying to save my business. Times are tough for you and for me. In the last 7 years everyone now has a camera----they may talk on it most of the time but they have a camera---and they use it. As for the topics The “big bad weapons” topic garnered 204 opens and 5 comments. Before that I had “Senior photos not done the way you wanted," and that title had 39 opens and no comments. For the “baby who lost it's hand”, I ha

  11. The copy and restoration of old photographs is a specialty here. From water or fire damage, stuck to the glass, drawn on by your little brother, faded, torn into several pieces, run through the clothes washer, what ever the cause, I can help you. With over 30 years behind me of copying and restoring old photos, I have seen most everything that can happen to them. From "Tin Types" from the mid 1800's to today's digital files. I'll do my best to help you salvage the only photo you are aware of that you have of a loved one.. Photos from lockets or to lockets, from wall portra

  13. From 5 to 7 tonight we were in line inside the ballroom at the Sheraton Hotel in Atlanta to get our preregistered pass to a weekend long stint at DragonCon. We were outside about 15 minutes before we got inside the hotel then a long snake through the entryway and hallways before getting to the ballroom with more than 35 switchbacks 3 feet wide the width of the ballroom and each switchback contained 25 to 30 people. That's over 1,000 in one room waiting to sign out their tickets and then take their sweet time to leave the room. We parked 2 blocks down the street for $5 instead of "cl
  14. Serious attitude for serious music with a violin. And her mommy did not make her play it. vs. Laugh it up. Drink it up. Big time Yeeeee Haawwwww! Big smiles as we saw a tune on the fiddle and stomp cow patties of Friday nights. I love a good fiddle player as well as the next guy and I heard a great one recently at the Dallas Theater playing with" The Last Ride Band" backing up Jeff Brewer.
  15. You know you have a few old photos which are fading away. Collect them and call me for an appointment. It is less expensive than you think and also makes a GREAT present for loved ones who already have everything else.
  16. When you look this good, you deserve to be on page 1 so here is a bump.

  19. Sure, I can use a copy of the original but when making the first copy information can be lost which could make a big difference as to the final piece. I would be happy to tell you what I can and can't do with an old photograph. There is a lot we can do and folks wonder how I can do what I do and I remind them that a free hand artist starts with a blank canvas. I have to so some work but I don't have to redraw the entire image. Give me a call soon as the fall will fill up very soon. Call today....770-443-7355
  20. Look for another music portrait Thursday for the Portrait of the Day post.
  21. The car you saw used to belong to Don Lilly of Lilly Glass Blowers which is located near the corner of Concord and South Cobb Dr.. I am sure he still owns it. This is the guy who had the glass blowing shop in the old Underground Atlanta. He did this to have something on the side as most of his work is special glass for the scientific community. His company makes special instruments with the curls inside glass bottles as shown on the crime lab shows and used in science labs the world over. I photographed him at his business in Smyrna over 30 years ago and I think he had the GT Car then
  22. I guess they really are not bad for a 15 to 30 second sitting. I would hope the parents want something better and call me. 770-443-7355
