You can opt for the whole amount and pay taxes later or go ahead and let the state take their 14% off the top and walk out with a big fat check. That's what the rules were when I won a few bucks.

I heard the situation on the scanner. We need to remember it take's only a second for a child to be abducted. I am sure the man in the red truck did not mind being detained while the LE checked all the stories involved. Any normal person would know better than to call a child over to their vehicle to hand out a business card, or for any other reason in the era we live in today. I have to give credit to the child for running away and alerting the neighbors. The LE get's big time credit for being on top of this guy and stopping him soon after the BOLO was issued. Whatever the situation turned ou

Yeah. I could hear the scanner something going on yesterday. I didn't hear what the call was about but, the LE was after this guy, At one point had a red P/U truck with stickers stopped. Not sure what happened to him. Glad the boy is safe.

That makes for good reasoning. It's no wonder why people suffer from the winter doldrums in the northern states. Some people have to have light therapy. I just came in from outside and it is beautiful, planning for my flower garden makes me happy. -
That's great! Congrats!

I remember as a child people were so happy they would always wave when cars passed each other. My relatives from Massachusetts were so stunned that we Georgians were so friendly. Now only Jeep drivers wave at each other. -

Any news on Tripp today? Prayers to him and his family. God please heal this beautiful baby and send comfort to his family. -
Get your facts straight I never said anything about burning her in hell. It was MY family member that I hoped was shoveling coal, no one else. So what if it was her fiance or husband? He is dead, she shot her dog and killed herself. She gets no sympathy from me. Why kill her dog? That to me is a sigh she was just mean. Plain and simple

Do any posters on P.com use emoticons? Do any of you think one should be given a bullet for using the listed emoticons on this sight? If all the mods want is sweet tea and rainbows I suggest they either get rid of the ones some find offensive or let us posters use them at will. After all I did not make up which ones deemed offensive. So mods whats the word? Is :wacko:wacko,:angry:angry, :angry2:angry2,:spiteful:spiteful,:fool:fool,8P8p,:crazy:crazy, :aggressive:aggressive,:8080 (blowing brains out),:lazy:lazy, going to stay on here to use, only to be given a bullet for using the tool laid

I have lived through both and more. I have had deep depression growing up due to a murder-suicide in my immediate family. I speak from first hand knowledge of how a selfish person can affect a family. Mine was nearly torn apart from it. It almost ruined the lives of my family. I loved the person who did the act of killing his wife and then took his life. So, if anyone on here thinks I am being judgmental I have good reason to be. This woman was a suspect in her husbands death. She killed herself in the same spot where her husband supposedly killed himself. She even killed the family dog. Su

They would have had to carry the "man" off the plane if it was my kid. The guy was arrested before for assaulting his girlfriend, the mugshot was from that arrest is the one they keep seeing on the news.

One of mt favorite movies. Did you know that Andy met Don Knotts for the first time in this movie?

What a crazy bitch. She probably did kill her husband. Thank God she didn't have her children with her.

The ultimate selfish act. Now her kids are orphaned. Maybe they won't inherit the troubles of their parents sad life. Was she totally cleared in her husbands death? We may never know. Prayers of comfort to the families and orphaned children.
