We still have our swan!! It seems like everyone on the lake loves him and feeds him. And this swan loves bread. We tried grapes one day and he spit them out LOL, tried again and he spit them out. Not too sure about corn, but he does like lettuce. But he prefers bread. So we make sure it's small pieces and he always washes it in the lake before he eats it and then drinks water. Yesterday I stepped out on the deck and saw him and I said "Hey Pretty Boy' and I swear he walked all the way up the hill to the patio and I hand fed him bread and gave him some water. I took my mother gambling there. I don't gamble. So my plan was to hit the beach. There ain't no beach. You gotta go down that away for a while to get to the beach. So I did the next best thing. I did the pool thing. It's a very interesting area with history but not a reason for me to go back.

They're always outrageous for the summer season. We always used to go on vacation the week before Memorial Day, much cheaper, and we would stay out on the Isle of Palms. Charleston is my favorite place to visit, but we haven't been in a few years. Good luck!
