    Dysfunctional courts nationwide ignite an already volatile situation and then the lawyers and judges stand back and say look how horrible those two people are behaving.     I neither admit or deny that I am referring to Judge Tonny S. Beavers. This is a problem globally so it involves many judges and many children who are allowed to be abused and trafficked for profit. It would be improper for a judge to be in such a conversation with one party when the other party is not present.

    This is actually reasonable if you have a judge that is not corrupted by hidden influences and therefore an active participant in the psychological abuse of children. Some judges will deny requests no matter how reasonably and politely they are presented.

    This will be an interesting case to follow. Think this kind of judicial and local government misconduct is isolated to just Minnesota?

    Because something is legal does that make it moral? Was segregation or slavery moral? The holocaust was legal, was it moral? Because you are a judge, does that make you moral?

    There would be a lot less transparency of government. We'll find that out if the FCC is able to do away with "net neutrality". There is so much we would not know because the mainstream media does not do its job when it comes to corruption. Especially County and local government corruption.

Beavers often says he is bound by case law and or statutes from one side of his mouth and then says he has broad discretion in courts of equity out of the other side of his mouth. Does that broad discretion include abuse of discretion? Does Chief Judge Tonny S. Beavers employ Sharp Practice to tip the scales in favor of one party over the other?     The coaches made a mistake but all elite quarterbacks of MVP stature check down on the plays. Kyle Shanahan has never played qb in the NFL so Matty-Ice should have checked down on the play. Aaron Rogers draws up plays in the turf, Big Ben ad libs, Brady does it. Elite quarterbacks know the feel of the game from being on the field.     If she attempted suicide then she has mental health issues that penal facilities are ill equipped to address. Usually people who lack empathy have personality disorders that may be untreatable. Many of whom start out harming animals and graduate to harming people, including children.
