If a person keeps saying s/he is upset about not being married to you because s/he isn't able to collect your retirement or social security in the event something happens to you, do you marry that person? Some people agree that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result (from Albert Einstein). Psychopaths do the same thing over and over again when they get away with it, until there are consequences. Serial killers kill the same way over and over again (they don't pass the ball until you prove you can stop the run). Sometimes disposing of the bodies in

Allatoona High School Football May Have Cheated
DomesticViolenceByProxy replied to marvinthemartian's topic in RECENT TOPICS
When corruption and collusion happens in court that's no problem. But if a football team allegedly has 2 illegal players out of 60+ players on a team, well that's cause for outrage. -
This is the story that Rocky's Mom mentioned in a previous thread. It is a case of clear parental alienation by one parent against the other. Initially, one parent's story is almost believable until the lies begin to unravel. Time always exposes the truth. In time, my daughter will see the light. I believe it is one of the reason's an effort is made to keep me from my daughter. When we reunite the truth will come out and people are afraid of that and the possible legal consequences. Pathogenic parenting and contact denial is child abuse. A lot of people didn't do the job they were elected

The one great principle of the English law is to make business for itself. There is no other principle distinctly, certainly, and consistently maintained through all its narrow turnings. Viewed by this light it becomes a coherent scheme and not the monstrous maze the laity are apt to think it. Let them but once clearly perceive that its grand principle is to make business for itself at their expense, and surely they will cease to grumble. (39.4-6) - Charles Dickens. "Bleak House"

I had an attorney and I had to file a complaint because she didn't conduct discovery and allowed the matter to languish. My daughter is of an age that the passive-aggressive INACTION game was going to be played to stall until she aged out. I've seen it play out time and again #OnBeaversWatch (Surepips?). People literally spend their retirement, life savings and go into 6 figure debt and get nowhere. Many courts make it cost prohibitive by making you pay the other party's attorney fees. What people don't understand is most family courts are a complete racket. I believe the ONLY reason I did

Absolutely is the truth but what you are missing is the tone in which he spoke it (and his facial expression). I didn't take it as friendly advice. When I did ask for the Court's opinion he declined saying he would defer to my attorney. I didn't have an attorney. After declining my request, he volunteers unsolicited advice in a manner I perceived as threatening. Offering said advice as if he were saying something I didn't know. Which means he offered no advice at all so why did he open his mouth if it wasn't to intimidate? And you are right it is about #conflict4cash and #misery4money. In

There will always be an audience that rejects or perceives information differently. Call it what you will, the information I present is left up to the reader to decide. Whether for or against Beavers, I choose to side with children first and foremost. It is with children that I empathize with most because they are frequently not afforded a voice. For the few children that are, I understand that their voice may be tainted with the motives of adults. Do you really know Judge Beavers? Or have you just made his acquaintance on rare occasion? It is easy to align yourself with the status quo, th

No, I wasn't aware that Judge Vinson wan't running until I saw the ballot that was posted on PCom. Judge Beavers sets the tone as the supervising chief judge, and he is the one I have observed most frequently. Between court watching and reviewing court documents, I could use some assistance. Would you be willing to volunteer some of your time? Isn't it interesting that under Judge Beavers' supervision, (1) a judge has several awkward situations including, a peculiar association to a bail bond company, (2) another judge issues a protective order to one of his tenants, (3) Judge Beavers

Does pathogenic parenting occur #OnBeaversWatch? Are children psychologically and emotionally abused #OnBeaversWatch? If so, what does or doesn't he do about it? Is it a frequent occurrence to have 1 parent, siblings, grandparents, etc. systematically removed from children's lives, #OnBeaversWatch? The only way to know for sure is to sit in his court room, watch and report on the proceedings. ______________________________________________ Have you been denied access to your child? I'll look into it. Do you know which seat he's trying for? I think I'll attend his meet and greet on the 9th. I know nothing about him but I trust your judgment based on your posts I've read on PCom. I'm just glad someone stuck their neck out there to challenge incumbents.

I'm sure most judges that turn their backs on children during their time of need appreciate your apathy. IDK, Is it people like you that empower judicial misconduct and negligence? What precisely do you like about how things are done #OnBeaversWatch? Are you pro Tonny, anti-DVbP or both? Do you think Tonny believes the phony-baloney about children being empowered to make adult decisions and figuring it out later? If children have to figure it out as adults should they be making decisions as children?

Vote No to Georgia Constitutional Amendment!
DomesticViolenceByProxy posted a topic in RECENT TOPICS
Georgia should VOTE NO to any ballot measure that seeks a state constitutional amendment to abolish Georgia's JQC! I am by no means happy with what the state legislature is doing. I firmly believe the JQC is inadequate, however the proposed state constitutional amendment to abolish the JQC would only result in heightened concealment of judicial misconduct.- 1 reply

You're wife is making you soft. Stop fraternizing with liberals. What has changed since 2014 that this wouldn't happen again tomorrow? The officers are still employed two years later, which is very troubling.

These are some of the things you may observe while court watching... According to parent A's attorney, parent B's friend in question is one of 8 or more [overnight master bedroom] guests in a period of less than 2 years. If any given parent can have a protective order put in place based on false and unsubstantiated allegations, bordering on abuse of the process, should a parent also "shop" multiple prospective suitors in front of the children? Is that safe for children physically, psychologically and emotionally? Are some parents subjected to a protective orders at the whim of a judg

If/when arrests, false reports and false allegations are made so someone can gain the upper hand in a custody dispute, the true victim's life is completely turned upside down. False allegations and a bogus protective order means you can lose a job, can't find an apartment, lose security clearance, etc. More who believe they are falsely accused should take action to deter injustice. False allegations also mean law enforcement resources and tax payer dollars are wasted.

Routes are run to make right turns throughout the route but sometimes taking part of another route changes your starting point. If another route is over burdened or another carrier is out sick, your carrier probably has to share in that delivery in addition to the carrier's own route. The delivery isn't so bad but sorting the mail could be time consuming on an unfamiliar route.

1.) You find out your 4 year old daughter has been bathed by an adult male without your ex being present and without your permission. The man in question is a "friend" or acquaintance of your ex but unknown by you and not bonded or vouched safe by any child care agency. a.) Should a judge that issues seemingly frivolous protective orders against parents be unconcerned? 2.) You find out through your children that your ex has opened their home over the prior 18-24 months to at least 8 separate master bedroom overnight guests and your ex's mother has expressed her disapproval of the sle

The first thing an abuser does is isolate a child from opposing opinions. Through inertia of Judge Beavers' court, are abusers enabled to isolate children? Is passive-aggressive inaction by Judge Beavers' complicit in children being abused? If so, is that the kind of judge that should be serving Paulding County? Should Judge Tonny Beavers be RECALLED? Dr. J Michael Bone will be speaking in Raleigh, NC at an "Parental-Grandparent Alienation Awareness Event" on April 27th. In the 1+min. clip below he explains tactics of blocking parenting time as a tactic of isolation.

Having reviewed a number of cases, it's fairly certain that Cobb County courts have reached FUBAR status. Are the judges now eating their own? Maybe there is a need for new judges as opposed to a shuffling of chairs on the deck.

Here's to the Crazy Ones here on PCom! :)

Do not dismiss something simply because others cannot see it. -
This Cobb County judge clearly discusses cases without the other party being present. Why is he even still a judge? This is a common occurrence in Georgia but will anyone care when it isn't their case? People often complain about corruption of the legislative branch and the executive branch but could care less about the culture of corruption in our courts. Where is the Judicial Qualifications Commission?? Everyone in the court is nonchalant about it. Do you think the same thing doesn't happen here in Paulding County??

(The underlined words are links) I can't argue the other side? They know I talk about everything that happened on PCom. Angela Woodall has posted on here herself in reply to some of what I've said. I suspect the other side is more worried about what I haven't told you. Is it possible there is no benefit to the other side coming forward because the other side would have to navigate a very slippery slope? I'm sure they read much if not all of what I post in the hopes they can slap a gag order on me. The whole story doesn't help their position it actually makes it worse. My daughter's mom bl
