As a black father, I know more black fathers would be involved with their children if they were not systematically removed from their children's lives by a bias court system. The adversarial nature of courts leave children with one parent nearly 50% of the time. I'm not sure what his family values are but Paulding County Chief Judge Tonny Beavers removes parents from children's lives serially. Mothers and fathers are hurt by his court but it is the children who suffer most.

Here you point out a child was in the car but the officer had no problem firing his weapon into that car. If he didn't see the child, which is nearly impossible to believe, he still did not take the time to properly assess and deescalate the situation. That child's life demands and requires that the officer not fire his weapon into that car.
