I agree - just make a report on it. Just sounds too strange that he would trim their manes when he knew who they belonged to and didn't bother to tell you he had them. You never know someone else might be in the same position of "losing" their horses and by filing a report - he will at least know that the police are aware of the situation!

This was a four wheeler accident but the man was 31 years old. His mother goes to my church. Very sad - keep them in your prayers! He just lost his dad about a year ago and his aunt just a month ago so they definitely need your prayers. He had just bought the four wheeler on Saturday and went for a ride while his wife was getting ready to go out to dinner. When he didn't return she went looking for him and she is the one that found him.

Recently got out of the hospital and when I got the statement I called and asked for an itemized statement. I knew they were going to over bill me when I saw a nurse that was in the room to perform a test drop some of the items needed and then saw her scan another one. Oh no...not my fault that you are clumsy! This type of thing happened more than once and sure enough there were like 4 of the same item right after each other more than once on the bill. I called and told them sorry but I am not paying for something that the nurse caused. If she messed up some of the testing equipment then

We all loved it. Everyone in the play did a GREAT job and it was a lot of fun. May go again and take the hubby next time. Congrats to Dallas Theatre for such a great job on Steel Magnolias.

My Mom lives between my sister & I (we have 42 acres all together) and as long as she is living we will be staying here. After that I would love to move to the mountains or to FL in about 5-8 years. Hopefully the market will come back so that we can sell our place.

I have been told by someone that worked with her daily that she had a heart attack and that is what caused the accident. Unsure if there was an autopsy or how she knew this but this is what I was told.

Does anyone know if there have been funeral arrangements made for this teacher? Do you think enough time has passed that the family has all been notifed so that her name can be posted?

I don't think it is so much becoming a burden but this.... We kept my Dad at home for almost 2 years (he had Alzheimers) and in doing so it totally took over our lives. We couldn't plan or do anything because his care had to come first. My Mom had her own health problems which she ignored during this time. After 2 years we decided that the best for all concerned was to put him in a nursing facility. We had him close by so we could go feed him lunch or dinner every day. We again began to enjoy being with him once all of the demanding care wasn't 24 hr. a day. My Mom's health definitely s -
Hubby keeps telling me that there is other settings other than HIGH but hey it cooks faster that way, right?

We had a fried ham slice, dried pintos that I cooked all day, fried potatoes, cole slaw and cornbread. Real healthy, huh? Sure did taste good though.
