Life Flight is off the ground - - did not hear where they were going.

Med 5 enroute to 180 Fate Fuller Rd. due to early 20's male - heat exposure

Med 1 enroute to Cleburne Pkwy. 34 yo female in cardiac arrest.. unconsious & not breathing .... CPR is in progress Will not publish the numerics due to nature of call.

Just turned on my scanner and caught the end of the transmission. Life Flight is landing at Ingles at Nebo & Dallas Nebo. Also Clark's is transporting one "emergency status with 2 firefighters on board". Have not heard the location of the accident but my prayers go out to all that are involved. Does not sound good...... Anyone hear more? edited because I can't type....

Call your insurance co and ask why it wasn't paid. This has happened to me more than once and when I called the insurance co. --- found out that they had never received a claim for lab work. When it was refiled the insurance co. paid it.

We are cooking out today instead of tomorrow due to a death in the family. We will be leaving in the morning to go be with hubby's family. But today we are having all the kids & grandkids over along with my 80 yr. old Mom. I went to West Metro yesterday afternoon and it was busy, busy, busy. I got baby back ribs, pork chops, tomatoes & fresh corn on the cob. These were the meatiest ribs I have ever seen. Can't wait to get to eat them later today. We use the seasoning that we buy from Angelo's Steak house in Panama City Beach. We always bring back a couple of bottles when we go.

I flunked my first one too. After about 1-2 minutes the dr. said "get her off of there right now". My heart rate had increased to a dangerous level. They will only let me do the stress thallium (drugs injected to get the heart rate up) - no more treadmills for me. The old drugs that they used actually made you feel like you were having a heart attack but they have changed them now and they don't make you feel that way. I was involved with the "study" that they did of the new drug and it is a huge difference from the old ones.

Which convenience stores carry it? I have never seen it.

We had some people out in our area in the last couple of weeks. We are off Hiram Sudie & McClung. They were cutting any bush/tree that might interfere with the power lines. They did not come to my door but did go to some of the neighbors about some trees that they were going to cut and just wanted to let them know. Maybe it was someone on their crew. After they came out and looked around they came back the next week to actually do the cutting.

I loved it when she said that she might have been taller than 5'1" if she hadn't gotten clogged up on top..LOL She is a very honest person and I like that in her.

I was bitten years ago on the finger. We were moving firewood and I put on gloves (that had been laying on the back porch) to move the wood. I saw a little "pimple" looking place on the top of my index finger and didn't think much about it. Within two days it looked like someone had taken a cigarette and burnt a crater into the spot. When I went to the doctor, he knew immediately knew what it was. I knew I was in trouble when they strapped my arm and hand down to a board and he brought out a scrub brush.
