  1. Will try that soup this week. Sounds great. I made salad, ribeyes and corn on the cobb. LOVE mine rare, rare, rare and this one was really good.
  2. I hit one a couple of years ago this time of year in Cartersville. Only NEW car I've ever had and I hadnt even made the first payment yet . She ran out from my right from a field immediately after turning off the exit ramp from I-75. Thank goodness, my Dad engrained in my mind to never slam on the brakes in a situation like that. There was a semi right behind me so all I did was take my foot off the gas. When I hit her she literally flipped and flew over the roof of my car. I remember seeing her white belly fur blowing through the windshield(one of those crazy slow motion moments tahat
  3. I do love Fox and Friends as well, PSD. I think Kilmeade and Doocey make a great team no matter what girl they put in between them...lol. They should just do away with the chick anyway. One of the funniest Fox and Friends moments ever for me was when Clinton was in office. They showed a clip of him walking off of Air Force One with a HUGE Starbucks coffee in his hand. Steve Doocey says with his hilarious timing, "Gee, look at the big coffee. I'd have to put that thing on layaway." Probably only funny if you "know" Steve and watch often. Wish I had it saved somewhere.
  4. That all would depend on the "Lady" though. Could be oh, sooooooo bad . She gets prettier and prettier! I remember her baby and toddler pics you used to post and I thought she was GORGEOUS then! You better look out...the boys, the boys.... .
  5. Never near any toll roads. I grew up in Marietta literally yards from I-75. I agree that around exits, the crime rate "looks" like it would be higher and I know that where I grew up, it definitely was. I lived in a good area but typical city streets where you're in "pleasantville" and then 2 streets over is crack alley. As kids, we just thought everywhere was that way. We never had any problems in our neighborhood. As far as high crime at exit areas, I believe public transportation has a lot to do with it as well.
  6. I'm with you, ImFloored . I like it, too. I think it's more that it makes me feel like cool weather is really here and the holidays are beginning. I'm always ready to set them forward again though in the Spring. Thank goodness we get 4 almost-real seasons in Ga.
  7. I agree with that, for the most part.I do feel like Fox is more balanced and CNN is at times overtly liberal leaning. However, the Fos shows at night that are opinion shows usually are REALLY right leaning. Sometimes to the point that I fear they are running some viewers off by seeming too "kool-aid-ish". I watch Robin Meade almost every morning and I feel like she's prety fair and keeps it lighter. The Onion is FANTASTIC! Most of the time, if I re-post an Onion story on FB, people think it's real and miss the humor. Makes it even better for me .
  8. aint that the truth? The toxicology report on the first guy was a typo. A decimal in the wrong place. Why would it EVER cross her mind to try it AGAIN??? Seems llike she only got around 200K in insurance money from him. She's BAD at math, too, apparently.
  9. Aw HAYELLLLL NO!!! You are certifiably crazy then. The ONLY way I'll ever lay in one of those is if I'm dead. Really, REALLY dead. If I were you I'd take multiple acid baths with a steel wool loofah...then call a priest.
  10. You'd THINK a person wouldnt be so stupid to actually kill AGAIN after they narrowly missed a life sentence or the death penalty, but they do. Remember Cobb County's Lynn Turner? Green jello or gatorade anyone? Lynn Turner/murderer and add her creepy pic to the not-as-well-known list: She was a client for years at the salon I worked for. Her stylists' husband was a....(guesses???)... Cobb Co. Cop.
  11. I know a story like that from the old Cotton Gin. I cannot stand it when an employee does what is agreed to and the owner has to be chased down to get paid. Luckily, I've always worked on commission and have never had any issues getting my cut. But, owners like that should be ashamed to behave that way.
  12. You are right, TC. I dont know WHAT I was thinking . Assuming she might care how she presents herself to the world .
  13. Gingers rock! and that episode is a classic.
  14. The Bailbondsmen signs will kill two birds with one stone then.
  15. So true. All is takes to prove this theory is to watch an episode of Bridezillas. Those winches are obsessed with "THEIR" day( its MY day...its MYYYYYY day!!!!!!!!!!!!!) And treat their future spouses like garbage in the process.I've worked in the wedding biz for 2 decades and I see it ALL THE TIME . True. They are only surrounded by "YES" people who would never say no or disagree in fear of losing their prestigious job. Like Michael Jackson and Amy Winehouse. They needed some "NO's" along the way.
  16. Pcom has done that to me before but when I restarted, it went back to normal. Good thing cause I'm no computer geek and dont wanna be.
  17. You're right, you've heard it. That is from a standup comic but I cant remember who. I LOVE IT though! I detest that horrid excuse for candy. Maybe Lewis Black?
  18. That is sooooo cool! They are amazing animals and you hardly ever see them...never up close like that. Thank you for sharing .
