You do not really need the cameras. If they do not take the hint, there is probably no hope except to get nasty with them. I just felt it was a very inexpensive way to try to remind them to do the right thing. I have had to shovel poop and redeliver it to a neighbor. Very interesting, but took 3 times before they stopped. Some people do not have as much sense as their pets.

A roll of doggie bags can be purchased at Dollar Tree. Stick them on a piece of pipe or holder of some sort, with a sign that says: My security system will let me know which of you are "RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS". The rest of you will be rewarded justly.

The 30th annual Great Lake Allatoona Clean Up will be held Saturday, Sept. 12. Volunteers come out each year in September and help remove litter and debris from the shores of the lake. The event is sponsored by the Acworth Parks and Recreation Department, the Acworth Lake Authority and the Lake Allatoona Preservation Authority. I have worked near McCollum Airport for many years. I have even lived near it for a few years. It has never been a noise or pollution problem to me. I lived near it when 1 small plane crashed. I will say Fartee's does have onion rings. I can't eat much of anything from there because of the sodium content. But when I want to be bad....... they do have a chili dog & onion rings. Maybe that's where I got it's name. LOL

I had been in my home 14 years before I had to move. It continually got worse. Try to fix it quick! I still miss my home. At least there are things that can be done to fix your case. Killing my neighbor was not what I needed to do, despite what the police told me.

I am sorry. I had to move. Paulding County SO said it was ok for my neighbor to shoot at us and the other neighbors, on a regular basis. We got NO help. We were told that we had the right to defend ourselves, until I wanted to puke. I could not even mow my grass without the fear of gunfire. I hope yours does not get that bad.

Makes me think about when they first put the 4-way stop on Dragstrip Rd (it will always be that to me). No body stopped, no one even noticed it for a while. It make it more dangerous, because you thought they would stop. They did add rumble strips and all to make it more noticeable, later. Seems like if you are going to drive the speed limit in Georgia, you better put a ramp on your vehicle, so speeders can just go right over the top.

I am in awe of the personal messages I have gotten from my post. To know that I did help several children become happy, productive adults & parents is so touching. I had always hoped I had helped, some choices were not easy. To have some step up and let me know, leaves me speechless. Never regret going out of your way to help someone, especially children.
