HaHa....That would not surprise me. Probably some government conspiracy, maybe they are full of hidden secrets they are going to hide in the tunnels.

The sewer in the street makes sense, but that still does not answer what the containers are.

So if they are building an entrance to the tunnels, then what is in those containers? Not saying I believe in these theories, but they definitely interest me.

What tunnel? When I was driving by yesterday I saw some shipping containers being moved down there.

I know that the city is putting in sewer in the down town area, but what is the construction going on down the hill from the car dealership?
