on one hand: your in a country in turmoil full of outraged and over excited people with no real government of which to speak: is she really surprised? on the other hand: its despicable what some people will do without the nanny state holding their hands and telling them right from wrong.

I reccomend: AVAST antivirus for dealing with virus threats but if you already have malware and spyware too then get GLARY UTILITIES its 100% free, no strings attached and works like a charm. run it and get those spyware installations out of your regestry. when your done doing all of that, go download and install linux alongside windows so you never have worry about this asgain since its virusproof and spyware proof.

before you do that tell me if windows saw your soundcard in the device manager; if it did was the icon for it a green block with either a yellow triangle or a red x? also what version of windows are you running?

check bios to see if its even enabled (thats the menu you get when you press DEL/f2 at boot....its usually one of those two anyway) if it is disabled, enable it. if it is enabled then it probably doesnt have the proper soundcard drivers installed. go into your system properties and check to see if there are any devices showing as UNKNOWN or show a soundcard but that it is not functioning properly. it should tell you what kind it it then just go to the website for the card manufacturer and download the drivers. then once youve done all that download and install linux because its b
