One mans disaster is anothers opportunity. On my current salary I thought ide be renting forever. Im now about to buy my first home because i can afford it...outright. I am sorry people out there are losing their homes or cant afford to keep them but my pap always taught me two important lessons: never buy something you cant afford to pay for outright, and never buy something on credit you cant pay off at the end of the month. you know what? put chair under thick plastic wrap. light several nice smelling yankee candles under plastic with chair (make sure the candles dont pose fire hazard in the air buble youre making. saturate the chair with the candle smell untill all the candles are out. repeat process several times using diffeent scents on every candle. smoke smell gone.
