A friend from work is trying to do something that doesn't involve spending money and he and the kids are going to make heart shaped pancakes and serve Mom breakfast in bed. I thought that was sweet.

Jenilyn I know what you mean about celebrating seperately, my birthday falls pretty close to Christmas and as a kid I always wanted a summer birthday. You know spread the fun through out the year, LOL

Mother's day and my son and husbands birthday fall really close together, sometimes actually on the same day. My mom always gets ribs and BBQ from Wallaces in Austell and we get together at her house.

The tree farm we are getting the trees from is pretty far away, they usually only do commercial, They do not really deliver to residential so they knew of a guy that would bring them out on a large trailer. We have the Home Depot as an option but they only have one Bobcat and you cannot reserve it. So if we go to get it and it is already rented out we are screwed. I'm looking for other options. Thanks foro the sugestions

I love Starbucks lemon pound cake. I go there just for the cake, skip the coffee, LOL. I never thought of trying to make it myself, i just went online and found the recipe and i am going to try it. I hope mine turns out good too.

Hey guys now that Ad A Boy closed does anyone know of anyone that rents bobcats locally? I know the Depot does but you cannot reserve it and it is hit or miss as to whether they will have one when you need it. We are having some really big trees delivered next week and we need a way to remove them from the trailer and get them to the spot in our far backyard where we will be planting them. The root ball is very large. Does anyone have any sugestions? Thanks in advance Dee

I only have the complete set of Northern Exposure. I am going to order the complete set of Miami Vice for my husband for his birthday in May. That is his all time favorite. The music in Miami Vice is really good.
