Walmart has "Bug Hotels" that you hang AWAY from your door (they smell a little)....they're supposed to attract the bugs AWAY from the house and they're pretty cheap....like $5-6. -

Renters-Is Your Landlord Paying the Mortgage?
workingforaliving replied to ExitTriCounty's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I thought I saw a new "law" where the renter can stay put for 90 days if this happens? -
lol, I keep waiting to get told that in class. Unfortunately, my cohort classes are held in a Paulding school so all the good sites are blocked

I went from State Farm to Allstate a few months ago----between my car and house it was almost $600/savings a year! I'm sure there are cheaper out there......

Some People Think Health Care Reform Won't Benefit Them
workingforaliving replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I didn't realize health insurance was an inalienable right. -
I had that issue in my crawlspace and started taking in water with all of the rain (that's how I noticed) and it ended up costing me $13,000 to fix....and insurance wouldn't cover it!! Most insurance will only cover it if it is a sudden act that causes the damage. If it's gradual (like mine was) then they won't touch it. Also, call your AGENT, not the 800 number. If you call the 800 number then they add the inquiry to your file and it makes it difficult to get the "claim free" discount if you change companies or something.

nope.....the husband is legally the baby's father when the couple is married, regardless of actual paternity and is put on the birth certificate if the couple isn't married, the "father" has to either sign a form acknowledging paternity or submit to a paternity test (sometimes court ordered) before being placed on the birth certificate.

The dude on the right in the first video can't stop touching his junk and that bothers me. It also looks like a spin off of "The Tootsie Roll" from the late 90's!

I was outside ONE day (less than 2 hours) and got the worlds worst farmers tan. I have been tanktoppin' it ever since and it WON'T GO AWAY!!! The flipflop tan rocks

Some daycares will let you do drop-ins for a reasonable rate. I've considered this with my 2-year-old! Otherwise, I do SoccerTots and a few other things through Parks and Rec, but you have to stay with the kids so you won't get anything done!

Once the school year's over, I'm going to start hanging out again! The end of the year sucks too much of my energy for me to be social. -

This name is so familiar and every time I see his name on the topics page I can't seem to place it.....perhaps it's a different Chad Brown that I'm thinking of since this one is too young to have gone to school with me and too old to be a former student (I think my oldest students were born in 88).
