Any one out there have a recommendation for an attorney to assist with changing and registering a fictitious business name (sole proprietorship, existing business, change of name only). This is just a name change, but we need to get it registered with county, state, and federal agencies. Anyone ever use an attorney around here to do such a thing that you would recommend? Thanks!
