If it has been 10-15yrs, you may not be able to get a "regular" cleaning. You may require what is called scale and root planing or a deep cleaning. They often have to do that in multiple visits and you may have to be numb to have it done b/c they clean below the gumline. Don't let this scare you!! I notice a bigger difference if they use a prophy jet (it sprays your teeth with baking soda) instead of just polishing them. It is better at removing surface stains. I LOVE getting my teeth cleaned and look forward to my visit every 6 months!!

I got spots that got darker with all 4 of mine and I am still waiting for them to fade Just another reason I have to remind myself that my babies are worth ANYTHING they did to my body I'll just have my plastic surgeon take care of the spots when he makes my boobs & tummy not look like deflated balloons

Our has gone up, too. It was $56.60 for March and we used about 3,500 gallons We do use a lot of water, I do laundry for 6 and have 4 kids to bathe everyday (sometimes the 2 youngest get 2 baths if they are outside and get really dirty or if Zach rubs bananas in his hair )

I just got an email from the owner of my daughter's dance studio. The sister of one of the dancers was thrown from her horse this weekend and is in the hospital Please keep her in your prayers!!

sorry to all I offended in the thread about the lotto winner. If you read it, you know what I am talking about...I have had a LOT of stress on the home front and vented in that thread by saying things that were hateful. I honestly try not to be a hateful person and it has been on my conscience ever since. I wish the winner and his family the best of luck.

And Tuesdays!! Steak & Shake was doing kids eat free weekends but I am not sure if they still are. Just check your reciept to make sure they deduct the cost Birdie's on 278 in Hiram in the shopping center with the gym also offered free kids meals ALL the time. But again, I am not positive they still do.

My kiddos (well, I took 3 of the 4) had a great time! My lil guy is 13 months and was just pointing at everything getting SO excited! My DD's got to see a few trucks and finally got to sit in their dad's AT&T bucket truck, he won't let them near it when he has it home! It started pouring about 5 minutes after we got in the car so we barely missed getting soaked! Thanks to ALL involved in planning such a great event!!

I am on "Team Sapporo" too!! Every time we went to Taki we would get the same habachi cook...he always sang the Barney song to my kids and they HATE Barney!! Plus Sapporo seems much cleaner (maybe b/c it's newer), that is important to me, especially in a restaurant!

It's bad hygiene, zoom in and look at the massive amounts of decay on the remaining teeth...it's a matter of time before they are pulled.
