I bet it's a girl. I have heard that when you crave sweets it's a girl, but when you crave salty food it's a boy. How bad is/was your morning(ALL STINKING DAY LONG)sickness?

Goldmine road and Holly Springs were slushy when we came through at 4. I think I'll be vegging out in fromt of the fire place for the next day or 2!

Has anyone gotten an email back or anything from them yet? I have tried, but nothing.

I am currently taking classes through Liberty University Online. I have enjoyed it more that I can even tell you. You do have to be very disciplined to make sure you get all of you assignments completed and turned in on time. This is a Christian school and their teaching is very conservative, which is probably why I like it so much!

So we shouldn't defend ourselves?

My textbooks reads:A just war flows out of our responsibility to address injustice as biblically defined. The biblical view of war is, in short, that offensive wars, with one exception, are inadmissable and that defensive wars, without exception, are imperative. Why are defensive wars imperative? Because when a nation attempts to overrun another nation or, indeed, all othe nations, that nation has interposed itself and is attempting to play God in the life of the other nation or nations and, thus, by substituting itself for God, once again, is engaged in blasphemy; and it is not possible to

The biblical view of war is that defensive wars are imperative, and offensive wars are prohibited with the exception of a Holy war. A nation must go to war if God commands it.

I read that the power to declare war should be in the hands of those who hold the supreme authority. Individual citizens who may have been wronged cannot declare war.So the revolutionary war would be ruled out under those guidelines.

too much schoolwork for me! That's my #1 priority right now!

Any opinions on the gulf war?

Which war in American history most closely follows the biblical view of war and Just War Theory? For it to be a "JUST WAR" there needs to be just cause, good intentions for the war, decided by a proper authority, have a good probability of success, must have exhausted all other options, and there must be a sense of proportion between means and ends. At first I thought maybe it was the gulf war, but I changed my mind because of the oil situation. It can't be the civil war or the revolutionary war. Perhaps WWII??

Now I'm working on "postcard killers" by James Patterson. btw..I think that I have read every Mary Higgins Clark ever written, plus all of the Stephanie Plum books. I am hooked on Catherine Coulter's FBI series and am looking forward to her latest one coming out soon.

How were the crowds at your voting site?
flwrgrl replied to The Sound Guy's topic in Paulding County NEWS
It took me about 45 minutes at Ragsdale. I don't think it would have taken as long if people had come prepared on their vote for the amendments. -
I also had PRK done at Woolfson. It was worth every penny!

you would think that they would send out letter to all old customers or call them and let them know about their "new policies" instead of just showing up making demands. They should have known an inspection was needed when you called in and ordered more gas. Sorry that happened to you!

I think they were correct in what they were telling you, but they went about it in the wrong way. Before a tank can be filled that a person owns outright, tests do have to be performed. Are you a new customer through Heritage? Everything should have been inspected before the initial fill. That is with every propane company. --just for liability purposes. They should have also checked for a data plate on the tank and a pressure test inside the house at the furthest point away from the tank. PM me if you want more info...My hubby works for a different propane company, so he knows what nee

I am a HUGE fan of Dexter! I have read all of the books so far. I still can't believe they killed Rita. I was kind of hoping it would all be a dream, and he would wake up in the premier!

Does anyone know someone who has been in corrections for at least 20 years? I have an assignment to do for a class and I am suppose to interview someone with at least 20 years of experience. Here are the questions that I am suppose to ask: A) What are the major changes in correctional administration over the last 20 years?” “Why have things changed?” c) After ascertaining the primary mission of the specific facility, determine how effective the administrator thinks the institution is in performing its role. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Finding someone with that much experienc

I listened to Boortz this morning on FM. He sure does sound different on FM. Weird! I wonder why that is. His voice sounded different, but Clark Howard sounded like he always does!
