What ticks me off is that there's room to over scrutinize one tax-free organization over others. ALL should be scrutinized for tax dodgers, crooks, and liars. I haven't heard, did they find any in this case or did the IRS wrongly penalize anyone?

I've been to the Barber Museum several times and while they do have some cars it's motorcycle-centric. And some really cool bikes too presented in a really nice museum.

Tsarnaev Family Fears Russia Would Even Reject Boston Suspect's Ashes

Problem is if the burial site becomes known, people will deface it and if your child is buried in the next plot you can easily become involved. You show up for a quite visit and there's the media or someone has set off an explosive device on that headstone, any number of things. I hear someone has stepped forward and they've buried the guy in an undisclosed place in Massachusetts. Somebody knows where it is and they'll end up talking to TMZ or some other bottom fish for a pocket full of money. -
Think those showers'll dissolve on the Alabama-Georgia line like it often does? Mowed my weeds last evening.

We can't seem to stop people from texting/phoning/eating/applying makeup/shaving/reading/playing with the radio/etc long enough to just drive under normal circumstances. Last night I was playing with the kids and a ball rolled into the street. Did cars stop expecting a child to come after it? Nope! They just sped on around. Can't get them to stop for the red lights on the bus either.

Stick it in a zip lock freezer bag for Six Flags.

I've got an Otterbox on my HTC that's 8 months old. A week or so ago the holster broke, the clip that holds the phone in just snapped and I think it's because the silicon exterior has begun to stretch (a common problem that has been documented on line) making it more difficult to get seated in the holster. I went through the Otterbox warranty steps and they sent a new one free of charge under their one year warranty. Problem is its for the wrong model phone so I again contacted them and yesterday they sent an email stating that they were sending the correct one and that I could just keep the w

This whole discussion started because two cars didn't stop on busy 4 lane roadway and it was assumed that it was because these two drivers were disrespectful either toward the funeral or toward the tradition. But what if one of those cars had a woman in labor or an injured person that needed to get to a hospital? What if it was something as simple as someone running late for a flight? I got a call from my daughter a few years ago that when she got home from school the back door of the house was open, I wasn't stopping for anything on my drive home. The chances of cars not stopping due to a goo

We did, got kids as young as 2 in the house.

As a Yankee we were always taught that if you wanted to show respect to the deceased and family you put on a suit and tie and attend the funeral. During my Dads funeral we walked (on the sidewalk) several blocks from the funeral home to the Church following a single Highland Piper. Cars on the street stopped and this was in Butler, PA north of Pittsburgh.

Back in the day it was a matter of respect, small town, you probably knew or knew of the deceaced and their family. The funeral procession would go from the funeral home to a cemetery at a nearby church. Now days, who knows anybody? And funeral processions'll go halfway across the metro area. These days safety on the road is of higher priority and I'm sure that the family doesn't want to see someone get hurt. On a divided roadway, no, on a single lane road, if it's safe.

Powder Springs Residents Want to Lose Hiram Zip Code
Spucketts replied to AustinPlantation's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Don't insurance companies use zip codes to rate policies (home and auto)? I know if I lived in south Paulding and had a Douglasville zip I'd be PO'd. -
You can say you learned more after 15 but that would be about things. Responsibility is rooted in core values and these values are learned usually by the age of 7. Appears to me that your father taught you a strong work ethic and along the way taught responsibility with guns. Great for you. But this post is attempting to label the under 35 age group as irresponsible (by three times) and you're using a median net worth bar graph comparing 1984 to 2009 statistics. How net worth equates to responsibility to the point that you can slap a label on everyone under 35 is beyond me. But lets consi

Policys change, bet they had a damage claim since last year.

If a 35 year old wasn't taught to be responsible is it their fault or the fault of their parents generation?

The attack, according the the article, happened inside the house.

I'd like to hear more about the fallout from one of these attacks. What happens to the dog owner? Do they go to jail? I heard in this case charges are not expected) Do they lose everything they own? How does insurance come into play? Who pays for the doctor bills or the funeral costs? I really hate to institute more government regulations like registration of the animal, but, if my neighbor decides he should have a pit bull, or operate a fertilizer factory, or engage in some other high risk activity that has the potentil to harm me and mine, there should be a requirement to prove that he has t

My parents had a Sheltie that would run in circles around family members in an attempt to herd people together. It wasn't trained to do that, it just did it. My Springer would "spring" when it would chase rabbits, it wasn't trained to do that and it had never been around another Springer other than its mother up to 6 weeks. My grandad tried to apartmentize an Irish Setter and the dog tore up everything it could because the breed needs room to run. Breeds have been selectively bred to bring out certain traits and you can train a dog not to do what it has been bred to do. But, there is no guanan

I don't know if the shoplifting charges are true or not (only heard that the mother left because of religious reasons), but, I would think that diplomacy would dictate she be allowed to be here for her sons recovery and trial. Sure would look cold-hearted on the world stage for the US to say she couldn't come in or that she had to deal with those charges first. Plus, keeping her out or having her locked up would only add to the belief in many parts of the world that these two were setup.

From Fox News: Among the businesses in the building were Phantom Apparels Ltd., New Wave Style Ltd., New Wave Bottoms Ltd. and New Wave Brothers Ltd. garment factories, companies that make clothing for brands including Benetton, The Children's Place and Dress Barn. Workers said they didn't know what specific clothing brands were being made in the building because labels are attached after the products are finished. Watch movies "in" school? We never watched movies in school, at least not while taking college prep courses. If you had Gone with the Wind or Romeo and Juliet on the curriculum you read the book.

You can bet she'll end up here, her kid is facing federal and state charges that could result in the death penatly. Not to mention he's in the hospital with multiple gun shot wounds. She'll come and any pending charges against her will be waived by this administration. She won't be called as part of the case against him as she's protected from the prosecutor and the defence won't call her because she'd then be open to cross examination. She'll stay a year or so till the trial and I bet we pay out the nose to protect her.

When I worked for the State we got Confederate Memorial Day and Robert E Lees birthday off but one of them was the day after Thankgiving so that we got those 4 days off.

Yeah but what about the Saudi guy, and the bomb training exercise and the episode of Family Guy that was pulled? Where's my aluminum foil? (I don't use Reynolds, too much corporately controlled ingredients). People have a hard time believing that someone would come to this country and actually not like it here. And that a person could actually develop a mindset of hate to the point of wanting to do harm. Years ago I worked with a guy from Turkey that hated it here, absolutly hated everything about the US, not to the point of doing something wrong but he couldn't wait till he got the chance
