My husband owns a landscape business. He started right before 9/11 and somehow managed to pull through and be somewhat successful. We lived comfortably. We still do ok, for now. We are nowhere near where we were. When times get tough luxuries like landscaping are the first to go and clients cancel. Thankfully, most of my husbands clients are the very rich and can still afford him.

I've had 2 c-sections, it's no where near that pain. The pain is about a 6 on a scale from one to 10. It concerned me because I have been having weird heart beats and an on and off tight feeling of the chest for a few months now. I never got it checked because i'm a dummy. When I started having pain today, it scared me because of those past experiences. I can't help but think maybe it's all connected. it wasn't the severity of the pain it was more of a "there must be something going on" that made me go to the dr. it still hurts right now, although not as bad. Sugail, I think they ruled

So earlier today I was minding my own business, playing in the floor with the baby and all of a sudden my chest starts hurting. It hurt where my heart is and in my upper back, above my left shoulder blade. The same spot basically, from from my chest to my back. It's not a sharp pain, it feels bruised. The deeper I breathe the more it hurts. It also hurts to move certain ways, especially when I extend my left arm. The dr. did an EKG & x-rays. All came back fine. she said maybe I have a muscle strain in my chest and prescribed muscle relaxers. My question is, if it's a muscle strain, why did

Here I am!! I've had a crazy day, I started having chest and back pain so I went to the dr. They said it was like a sprain in my chest. I plan to start a thread about it later when I have more time. I'm not convinced and I want the p.com dr's input. I'm so happy you love my pork Blondie!!! Enjoy!

I agree! I feel like I learned a lot at an early age & got it all out of my system. I know that is not the life I want and will never go back.

I might be in the minority but I wouldn't expect a kindergarten graduation. The kids will still be at the school through 5th grade. I look at at graduation as something for kids who are leaving the school, not a grade level. My nephew had a 3 year old pre-k AND 4 year old pre-k graduation, both years. I thought that was odd. No offense intended to anyone who would like to have a graduation, it's JMO.

I agree. Clearly the woman needs counseling and maybe some parenting classes but unless there were other reasons we aren't aware of, I think taking the child away was not the best answer. I believe the woman when she says she's not the only one who injects their daughter with botox for pageants. Some of those pageant moms are certifiable.

Anyone here have kids on 5 - 6 year old baseball?
jennilyn77 replied to EagleWings's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I can understand that point, but for kids like my DD who signed up at age 7 to play her very first time, it sucked for her to be lumped onto the "new" team. She also unfortunately had a "new" coach. They learned nothing, got beat in every game and my dd never wanted to play again. Which sucked because she was actually a very good player. She just lacked confidence in her abilties because she was never properly taught the game. Makes me angry when I think about it My son is 7 months, I am very much looking foward to him playing baseball, Hopefull by then parents will learn to act like adult
