Should be an interesting day, maybe. I dvr'd the primetime special. i'm looking foward to babys nap time so I can watch it.

My mom had a VW bus in the sixties. She was a telephone operator in upstate NY during Woodstock. She had plans to go, but cancelled because she said "no one knew it was gonna be a big deal". so she went to work instead. This would be me-

I have to disagree. My feet grew with each pregnancy. I started as a 7 now i'm up to a 10! My feet make me feel large. I like flip flops.

I worked at a daycare for about 6 months. I hated it. I loved the kids, hated the job. But it was a job, so I took it. I think many people who work at daycares work there because they can, not because they really want to. "teachers" come and go at daycares constantly. It's fairly easy job to get. Also, I was never required to take a drug test. I thought that was weird. bottom line, you don't really know who you're leaving your kids with. I could have been on the crack for all they knew. And of course i'm not talking about ALL daycares Some are better than others.

Thats what I thought too. if she looks that old at 16 imagine how old she'll look when she's 30.

someone on my facebook was saying that Nancy Grace said Casey was answering phones for Baez's office and they were "hooking up". Is my friend crazy or is this true? Isn't casey behind bars whe she's not in court?

it's inconsiderate. inconsiderate people irratate the crap out of me. and if he hits me because he's too close, i'm gonna be super pissed. Tailgating is my BIGGEST pet peeve ever.

I would like to see tailgaters getting pulled over and beaten. I hate em.

I have a slimy green frog living in the drain pipe on the side of my house. I named him Ken. He lives right next to where I park my car so I have to be careful not to run over him. He's pretty good at moving out of the way. I don't want him to meet the same fate as the last frog who lived in there. His name was leon and I ran over him. I like the sound they make.

Is there another way? I fry the bacon first, then fry the onions in the bacon grease followed by the cabbage. Since i'm splurging I think i'll at cheese.

I'm having baby back ribs & the husband is grilling a rather large ribeye steak from west metro. I'm also making some fried cabbage with bacon & onions, corn on the cobb & fried okra. The Bookworm said it's National Splurge Day so I splurged. What's everyone else havin?

the spitz guy is uncomfortable and embarrasing to watch, almost nothing I watched today made any sense to me. How could he not remember doing an interview with 60 Minutes?

I'll get my husband a card and let him do whatever he wants all day but no gifts. actually, I guess my gift to him will be not spending any of his money on a gift for him.

In this day and age and especially after what happend in Colorado & Beslan Russia and schools all over the world I feel much better that my daughter has a phone with her at school. She is 13 but got her first at 11. In my case, my daughter spends a lot of time at her dads. I wanted her to be able to call me anytime she needed to, and I like the fact that I can text her anytime because I miss her.

well I guess the only bright side is the baby is still so young. Hopefully his or her "mom" will never see him again and he will have a chance at a normal life. I swear this kind of stuff kills me. I think more so because I have a baby and I just can't imagine putting him in danger like that. I could cry.
