Actually, I do medicate. I usually take Unisom or Sominex. my body has finally built a tolerance to it so I have to meditate as well. My husbands legs are still restless so I need all the help I can get falling asleep, and staying asleep.

I meditate. I pick an object or letter and think about it over and over. If thoughts start to drift in, I push them out. It takes practice. I did it last night. I thought about a boat. Or you could try a joint.

My feeling is that the jury did the only thing they could do. There simply was not enough hard evidence. No absolutes. I feel ok knowing the jury was able to look beyond their emotions and follow the law instead. God forbid I ever find myself accused of a crime I did not commit, I would want the jury to also leave their emotions at the door and focus on facts. How can there be any facts in a story based on lies? lies create doubt. Anybody but me notice that whenever George is brought up, Casey gets upset and shakes her head? She did It during trial, closing and rebuttal. Just makes me curious. do you think she prompted by her lawyers to do that?

not sure. My guess is it won't be today. I hope it is though.

I think I will cry when it's all over. I'll cry if shes found guilty out of relief that little Caylee can finally RIP and that justice has been done. If she gets off i'll be crying because no justice was done. This whole thing has had it's effects on me. I even had dreams about the trial last night. I absolutely loved the way the prosecution ended it's rebuttal by showing the pictures of Casey's tattoo and her dancing.

yea, there is such a thing as a man with "too soft" hands. Callosues are a good thing IMO. And, if i'm being honest, I would be weirded out if my husband got a manicure. Even if I weren't married I can't picture myself with a guy who gets a manicure. But I sure don't frown upon those who do. Just not my thang.

I haven't gotten to see much of the defense today. i'm DVRing for when the baby goes to bed. What I did happen to catch I didn't think was bad. Baez was making a good case and seemed to be doing a pretty good job of planting reasonable doubt in the jury's minds. Of course, after I watch more I may be taking that back, idk. From everything i've seen so far today I can honestly say I'm not sure what the outcome will be. ETA- Could Mason be anymore boring?

I bought a west metro sirloin steak today and made kabobs with onions & peppers. I also bought a chuck roast that i'm gonna throw in the crock pot tomorrow morning with a some dry italian dressing mix & a jar of pepperoncinis to make shredded Italian beef hoagies.

My son is almost 9 months old. I very much look foward to watching him do boy things when he gets older. I always have fun watching my nephews play. boys do some funny stuff!
