If you ever drove by his mansion you would always see half a dozen people milling about in the driveway just waiting for him to drop a dime so they could pounce on it like a pussycat on a mouse. I've met him a couple of times. One of his sons went to Riverside with my son for a couple of years. His son was the star running back so Evander would be at the football games. He was always very nice but he did make it clear that his son was the star not him. Most people respected that and would leave him alone.

It should be mandatory for all youths who are capable. My service in the Army was best thing that could have happened to me when I was 18. It goes along with Blondie's earlier thread about being prepared for life. When I got out of the service, I was ready to take on the world fully prepared. It would be the BEST thing for my son. He thrived in the military environment at riverside Military.

If anyone is familiar with this road there is nothing but dump trucks, semi trucks, construction equipment and my cranes rolling down it everyday. The morning and afternoon commuters use it as a cut through from Bankhead to S. Cobb Dr. The granola crunching hippies are trying to use the land as a community garden and market on Saturdays. Gree

MEH, I wasn't impressed with Henry's. I agree with Gabe's or Fusco's. And I agree that there are no decent anniversary type places in Paulding. There is some decent food but not life event decent.
