This thread is so entertaining. Before my husband and I married, we both knew we did not want to ever divorce as we came from divorced families. We have had counseling and am damned proud of it. We are happier now than we have been in years. He , nor I, need STROKING OF THE EGO. We just respect each other. RESPECT is very important in any relationship. Momof3 is beautiful and her hubby is model material. They have an awesome family and RESPECT each other. Lot of valid points here but the thought of having to stroke my husband ego is just exhausting. He comes home to me wear
