  1. The bull is in the bold. That insurance company and the doctor's office should know approximately how much the insurance will pay for the doctor's charge. They have "fee schedules" set up every year that state how much of a fee the insurance will pay. The doctor's charge, I believe, will likely fall under "E & M code," which means "Evaluation and Management." Assuming you're not a new patient, then the code should fall under "established patient." In any case, each code, (for example 99211) should have a set price that the doctor charges the insurance company, and the insurance company has
  2. I did, and she was thrilled! She used to live in Atlanta, and has a friend (I don't know who, I didn't ask the name) who lives in Paulding. Such a small world.
  3. I'm glad you all like them, those are written from my friend (and former Georgia resident) Angie Holland Bailey, who has a website called Catladyland. She does mostly humor, and recently released a book parodying Craiglist called whiskerslist: the kitty classifieds. We have mutual friends on facebook, and Angie asked for funny cat pics to use for her book. My Addie & Olivia are pictured on page 37. I can't wait to show her this thread, she will be thrilled! And so am I! Catladyland: http://www.catladyland.net/ Texts from Mittens facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/textsfrommitt
  4. Per Wikipedia, Pearl & Jed were first cousins. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beverly_Hillbillies In my family (and I'm sure others) extended family & close family friends get called aunt or uncle. I've been "aunt" to the children of close friends. I think that's pretty common, and probably not a Southern-only thing. I've mentioned it before on another thread, but Irene Ryan (Granny) and I are very, very distantly related on my maternal grandfather's side. Her great-grandfather X4 is my great-grandfather X6. Not sure if that makes us 10th cousins or what. I've had stranger
  5. It looks like a giant cockroach.
  6. I guess since because I have several very good friends in Canada, I trust the country as a whole. They are genuinely wonderful people up there, some of the kindest & funniest people I know. I really don't have a problem with the idea of buying Rx drugs from Canada. After all, I already drink their beer.
  7. I have a relative who does that on my gmail. I just figured out how to do filters, and his stuff goes straight to a folder instead of my inbox. If I delete without marking "read" then his email will spam, which I don't want. Occasionally he does send something funny. Best solution I could come up with. I think yahoo has something similar, but it doesn't work as well as gmail does.
  8. Murphy's Romance. I LOVE that movie!!! I need to find a dvd of that one.
  9. For privacy reasons, even though I have search engine restrictions in place, I usually use a cat pic as my profile, changing it around to keep myself from boredom.
  10. It's time-consuming in the beginning, but I have my friends divided into lists, dividing the more conservative from the more liberal, and restrict my "audience" for my posts based on that. That way, when I go on a rant (ex., Dale Jr gets wrecked) then the more conservative ones don't get that in their news feed. I don't restrict their ability to post on my facebook wall, just what shows up on theirs from me. You can, when you add a new friend, go to their facebook and also check or uncheck what you want to see from them. That way I avoid a barrage of pics, games, likes, etc. Sometimes I j
  11. Trust me. Nobody wants to know about First Poop.
  12. I never missed The Rockford Files. James Garner was just flat-out SEXY.
  13. And let us not forget The Preg Ones. They're the only ones who've ever been pregnant, so they document and post pics of every little thing. Big bellies. Swollen ankles. That Ewwww weird thing pregnant women's navels do. Then once the baby finally gets out, it is declared The New Messiah and so Facebook Mom documents and post pics of every little thing. First Cry. First Nap. First Poop. One of these days I'm gonna post a pic of my Cats' litter box. That'll teach 'em.
  14. I know what you mean, I know several on facebook like that. I just assume that they have no friends in real life, thus no one else is available to take their picture for them. That, and they're idiots.
  15. It's not anything major, just something to do with adding the ability to have a Greek-language keyboard and taking care of some unspecified "bugs." If you're already updated to IOS7, go ahead and do this update. I did and had no problems.
  16. I happened to watch Teddy's story tonight on tv, before I saw this thread. Wonderful.
  17. Not without a signed contract with another company, dated prior to I believe it was June 1, 2013. You have to provide a copy of that contract to the Hiram govt. I sent a copy of mine over, as well as several of my neighbors who didn't want to change. When that contract ends (in 36 months) then I think I'm stuck with whatever Hiram chooses, which sucks profoundly.
  18. I had the same problem, especially being a bifocal wearer. Go to Settings>Accessiblity>Bold Text and turn it to "ON." It doesn't make it any less white, but your text font will be darker, a bit larger and easier (for me, anyway) to read. The icon titles (and I hate the white font because it forced me to change to a darker wallpaper) are easier to read now since I put everything to bold text. THANK YOU! I shared that link with some friends. I changed several things because of that article.
  19. He was in protective custody and checked on every 30 minutes, but not on suicide watch, per The Washington Post's website. Castro hung himself. http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/corrections-official-ohio-worthless-ashole-hanged-himself/2013/09/04/fc3437e2-151a-11e3-b220-2c950c7f3263_story.html On a side note, there's a lot of action on twitter regarding the url of The Washington Post's website of the story. Read it closely in it's full form, instead of the shortened url this website is apparently automatically doing. Just copy and paste on a blank notepad and see what I'm talking
  20. I was afraid to even check this thread this morning...so glad I did.

    Macklemore

You are right. I had forgotten about that song. I had that album back in the day.
  22. Do you have a photobucket account? They have an iphone app, then you could post the pic to here from that. It's a free app, but sometimes it acts goofy.
