I'm surprised that someone is surprised. All these so-called "restaurants" are what is known as no-knife restaurants. There is not a knife in the kitchen. Everything comes pre-packaged and is thrown into a microwave or a steam warmer. To me it is like pretending to be a restaurant where a server brings you a frozen dinner and they wait to see if you notice. JUST GROSS.

The thing about most PB is they remove the peanut oil and replace it with hydrogenated oil which is terrible for you. I buy Smuckers Natural. It's the stuff you have to stir when you first open the jar.
