I would like to organize a half way decent band to play there, if any good musicians wanted to volunteer to help me. I would need a singer(s) guitar, bass and drums. That should be more than enough...well, a P.A. would be nice too. Maybe Mark W. could help along those lines, including doing some singing...this man can sang some country!!

Sometimes, unless it's a fool obviously flying past me....I keep my fingers crossed that they'll get ticketed. But I can't flash my lights on my car during the day anyway, because I drive a Celica and the lights flip out when you turn them on. I'm more concerned with ding-dongs who don't have their lights ON when it's dark or raining heavy...I flip mine off for a split second then back on- they NEVER seem to get it though.

Without going into detail about my own life...TRUST ME!!! You can do it!!! The family may feela little slighted, but you remain focused, ya hear!!! Family is family...they'll get over it....meanwhile, you do what you can to better yourself, because in the end, your family will also benefit. Guitar, bass, front men, back up singers, etc. Quite a long list of applicants, I am told. -
Looks like it could be quite a while before everything is in place before GOOD shows can occur. We "live" recorded about 3-4 songs and they sounded great. But it appears like a LOT of work and putting everything together will take a pretty long time...as in months. I'm in, but there's still more auditions with other pickers. Not sure how long all that can take. ??? I'll play it by ear, but keep on working my butt off until such time is ready to go on the road. So....I will be back in business with the mowers very shortly. Will let yall know. If I can get all my paperwork in order, then h

I agree.....the net is still the best place to find info. I'm just stressing that people compare SEVERAL sites, whereas I know some folks who just go with the first one they find. It still takes some research and comparison to weed out the fodder.

I am finding more DIS-information online these days than ever before. The net is a great place for info, but you certainly want to visit SEVERAL sites and make comparisons. A good example would be how my weekend went... My alternator died on my truck on the way to Hiram Station Friday night, and I had just enough battery power left to get me in the parking lot. So the next day, my daughter brought me back up there and helped me snatch that sucker off, and we got another one and installed it. So after she jumps me off, i head down the road, and the truck dies again. Well, I figured the batt

Adding plain air will be fine. IMO, paying for nitrogen for your tires is about the same as paying for purified water in a bottle. But in your case, the tires came that way. When it's time for new tires, just use regular air, then you won't have to worry about it, or pay unwarranted prices for nitrogen.

I don't usually see people running them, but two other things get on nerves about stop signs (besides running them) 1. When all 4 people show up at the same time, and sit there for who knows how long before someone makes a move. This is one of those reasons I hate tinted windows....you can't flag the person on, so we can all get moving again....and worst of all.. 2. Those dumbass people who just sit at a stop sign (perpendicular to you) who think since no one is behind them, they can use that part of the road as a temporary parking space....make-up, cell phones, or what-the-hell ever they

Even the BEST parenting in the world still leaves you at the mercy of all the crazy hormonal, hyper-emotional crap that comes with teens. Don't blame yourself....we all feel your pain!

Man, I heard that!!! Fishing SUCKS right now!! The water is too hot, and too shallow. My grass is crunchy too...but I'm only mowing every other week instead of every week..the only good thing (which is still not a good thing at all) We need rain, and LOTS of it!!

Here's an example- BEWARE when you buy gas at certain stations- some will bill you up to, and over $100 (temporarily) until the transaction has finally completed. This has happened to my wife at least 3 times. The ONLY way to avoid this, is to use your debit card as a credit instead. It will take longer to show up on your account, but you won't have to worry about the STUPID AS HELL method some stations use, that I explained. They don't keep the extra $100, but they will "hold it" for a day or two- just long enough to screw the pooch if that $100 occurs at the same time a check you wrote got c

I was SO hoping you would chime in on this!!! It's just a basic consumer model, but last time I was over there, someone said yall didn't deal with CC's. But I think his model uses the standard bearings on the spindles, whereas the higher end models use the tapered shafts, similar to the bearings and spindles on automotive items. I'll give you a call tomorrow with a model no. (I think I even have the part no's ready to go too). Is it okay if I ask for you, personally???? You know I always prefer to deal with you, since you know your stuff better than most folks!! I do think this particular mo

Check the wire that connects to the clutch on the bottom of the engine shaft...the hose could have broke it loose or broke it entirely. These models use an electric clutch, and there is a wire with a connector that clips into the clutch itself. Tractor supply only carries belts and minor items. I need spindle assembly parts, so I may check that place in C'ville. Thanks folks.

I have had to order parts for these online since I can remember. Does ANYONE know of a place where I could buy parts DIRECTLY from someone around here, or even Marietta, if need be???? I hate having to wait so long for ordered parts to show up from ordering online. (once it took almost a month to get the parts in). Home Depot sells them, but you cannot get parts for them. And the local shops in town, so far do not carry them either. I would appreciate any help if someone could tell me where to go...or if you had yours repaired at a shop, maybe let me have their number so I can see if they

I learned this when I started drafting with a survey firm about 25 years ago. My supervisor saw that I had spelled it cemetary, then when he corrected me, he told me it was one of the most often misspelled words he had ever seen. Since that time, I have noticed he was right. I see it spelled cemetary all the time....even on survey plats!
-
One of the most common words I have ever seen spelled incorrectly is CEMETERY. Then, or course, there's always the common misuse of words like (there, they're, their) and (you're, your). Having said that, when I am on a open forum, I expect to see this a lot, so a grammar Nazi, I am not.

Disregarding that last statement, I am in full agreement with you. When the social infrastructure bites the dust, it's every man for himself....total anarchy. I know a lot of people who actually embrace this idea....simply because they do not have the foresight to see what the outcome would be. "Lock and Load"....I hear this crap all the time, yet many of these big time talkers could never pull a trigger and take a life if they had to. It's a bear-growl with no teeth. Not to mention, it's not civil in any way. I have been stabbed with a knife when I was only 8 yrs old by my psychopathic co

My wife works for Cobb County.....it's already happening. So, not only am I struggling to make ends meet, but I am having to see my wife's career go down the cheezeter along with my own. I don't really see any "funny" in this at all. All I see is getting that much closer to foreclosure. And this is COBB....why not ask some of the Paulding County workers about this???? Let's get real, shall we?

OVER SEA'S, SIR!! Slave labor is very lucrative for American Corporations, and has been for several years, since our decline. Just one draw back (and I LOVE watching this unfold over time)- their products SUCK, their customer service SUCKS, and their warranties are a freaking joke. I've said it a hundred times, and I'll keep on saying it- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! I cannot begin to count the worthless garbage I bought from our so-called American stores, who specialize in selling Chinese crap that have landed in my garbage bins in no time at all. I learned this lesson a few years ago.

You got that right. He was one of my first customers back in the day!!

Quite compatible!! I'm using all 4. Thanks again!
